The benefits since implementing Lucidchart are mostly because taking a visual approach to any of these things is far superior to trying to type it out or write it out or explain it to anyone.

The architecture and brainstorming features worked exceptionally well for me; no one in the organization had used it for brainstorming, and my implementation really helped with the visuals and capturing people's opinions and divergent thought processes.

One way Lucidchart can be improved is that finding a document that has been shared with me without having the link is tricky, or the amount of diagrams can become overwhelming and bury the document I actually need.

My advice to others looking into using Lucidchart is to explore all the options available and not fixate on drawing flowcharts using Lucidchart.

Additionally, it could improve offline accessibility or performance under low internet conditions, as I remember working on a workflow diagram in a car where I lost my network connection, and the entire diagram I had been working on disappeared.
