Our use cases revolve around managing telephones, smart tablets, TV screens that have operating systems on them, Android, iOS, Google OS, etc. If you have Windows 10 or up, you can use the solution to manage functions.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Our customers are pretty happy with the product. It uploads files, creates a secure virtual compartment for corporate applications. If it's on-prem, you can use it with mobile phones or tablets that don't have access to the internet using intranet with wireless access points. That's a big plus for government institutions as it enables the management of a large fleet of devices without any outside interference. That is the most significant advantage.
What needs improvement?
Our clients have been asking for a factory reset feature, keeping the MDM application intact and stable. It's something that is not yet available in this solution.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using this solution for eight years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's a very stable product - if one server stops functioning, another takes over.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is very scalable. We have deployed it on 25,000 devices.
How was the initial setup?
It's' quite easy and straightforward to deploy and there are many options for deploying. The cloud edition just logs to the central server in the cloud. It's a matter of installing the application, connecting to the database or using the database that is included and then starting to generate or upload.
What was our ROI?
Our ROI is more than 100% because it significantly reduces the need for manpower. If you have a data breach - a lost phone, for example - the loss is mitigated instantly.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
There are cheaper solutions on the market, especially Google, but it has fewer functions.
What other advice do I have?
This is a solution that works both on-premise and on cloud and it also works with an intranet. Google cannot do that. I haven't had any problems with it and neither have my clients.
I rate this solution 10 out of 10.
