How has it helped my organization?
For example, with a Layer 3 switch, if a customer makes changes and needs to track those due to a malfunction, Marvis can help immediately. It has a recall feature that can be very useful. Suppose Juniper releases a new switch firmware, like version 11, and your IT team upgrades from version 10 to 11. If any issues arise after the upgrade and you want to revert to the previous version, Marvis becomes extremely helpful in managing this process.
What is most valuable?
It works on artificial intelligence, machine learning technology, which is why it gives you everything. If you ask any questions about Marvis, it will respond immediately and use some solution. It will be very easy and save you time.
Marvis is very useful as it helps reduce downtime and provides efficient service to customers. It allows customers to clearly understand what’s happening in their network, making it much easier to identify and solve issues.
What needs improvement?
It should add real-time application visibility. Marvis's interface is good. We don't need any additional interface. However, if it could accept voice commands, that would be a great improvement
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Marvis Virtual Network Assistant as a partner for three years.

How was the initial setup?
The implementation initially involved additional costs, but the feature is precious. It comes with AI cloud and the VNA, which Juniper bundles separately. Most customers prefer this solution because it allows for real-time troubleshooting, eliminating the need to wait for responses from partners or support teams.
What other advice do I have?
I always recommend Marvis to every customer because it requires no additional direct involvement. Marvis has been developed well using AI and machine learning technology. Its AI engine updates itself regularly, which is a beneficial feature.
I request that Juniper integrate a cloud identity engine and simplify the Microsoft Azure Active Directory Services integration with the SRX hardware firewall. Additionally, the SRX firewall needs a more robust graphical user interface. Currently, we can only configure the SRX using the CLI; if a wrong command is entered, restoring it cannot be easy.
Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
