I have a lot of use cases for this solution, but my main use is for key performance indicators. We use embedded BI in NetSuite for difficult reports.

Scripting is a good feature if you have programming and scripting skills. It can be used without those skills but I think it's difficult to integrate them in PRISM. The best thing is that you can export almost anything whether it's graphics or data and you can change dates on the fly.
What needs improvement?
I think the only limitation in the solution is the graphics which could be improved. I think the graphics are better in other tools.

I've been using the solution for 10 years.

The solution is very stable.

How are customer service and technical support?
I think the NetSuite support is one of the best I've ever had.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy. It's not as easy as Excel, but it's not as difficult as many other BIs.
