We mostly use the solution for maintaining the products and services for companies. We use the product to capture data regarding the products companies manufacture and sell to customers, and the services they offer to their customers.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of the solution is the management of the complete attributes of products and services. If you want to add new attributes, the solution provides an option to do so. You can customize your product attributes based on your requirements. The solution is very user-friendly in terms of navigating through the application.
What needs improvement?
The solution's installation could be a little bit easier.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for one and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven't seen any bugs in Oracle Product Master Data Management Cloud.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Oracle Product Master Data Management Cloud is a scalable solution. I have three customers from the United States working with the solution.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup is neither very easy nor very difficult. You have to assess the requirements regarding how many products you have to migrate.
What other advice do I have?
The solution is deployed on the cloud in our organization. It's not difficult for people to learn to use the solution. Oracle provides training to use the solution through many training videos available on Oracle University. I would recommend the solution to other users.
Once you create an item in the solution, it will be automatically available in other modules. The solution is fully integrated with other Oracle models. If you want to integrate the solution with non-Oracle modules, you have to work on it.
There are always options to integrate the solution with non-Oracle applications. It would be easier to integrate the solution with other Oracle applications because there are options to do so.
Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
