A highly scalable and flexible solution that has excellent workflows and provides fast technical support

What is our primary use case?



The solution is used for data integration. We use it for internal applications and critical applications.


What is most valuable?



I am satisfied with the product. The documentation is getting better. I rate the documentation a six out of ten. We use the capability of this product to use other products like IBM to move data. The solution's workflows are its best feature. The tool is workflow-based and is very useful for integration. It is a hub for our clients. It is very useful.


What needs improvement?



The product has a small customer base. There are not many consultants who know the product. The product must provide more control and tracking features. The process of understanding the problems is complex. It's not easy to understand problems. We contact technical support for help, but we lose time.


For how long have I used the solution?



I have been using the solution for five years. I am using the latest version of the solution.


What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



The scalability is great. It has a huge impact on our IT operations. The product is used by some applications. We have 20 administrators. We are planning to increase usage in the future.
