Rezio offers the booking features and scheduling capabilities that we rely on. It has made booking, reservations, and related tasks easy for us to manage and execute. It saves a lot of time by automatically handling booking payments and scheduling while connecting us to major travel platforms like Viator and Klook from one place. Rezio has saved a lot of time and effort for my organization.
What needs improvement?
I think Rezio is already good overall. The main concern I have is that they have limited customization options, which is a bit pricey if you need customization for small companies or small operators. Additionally, their customer support is slow. The rest of the product is good.

What other advice do I have?
I would rate Rezio a seven or eight. It does the job and does everything needed, but the limitations that still exist regarding small operators and customer support are why I would give this rating. Rezio is a nice product that you can simply use, and it is a good product that delivers results. I have given this review a rating of eight.
