SAP Hybris PCM [EOL] Reviews

We work with various clients and use Hybris for selling different kinds of products, including merchandise, electronics, ticket reservations, electronics, and food.

Hybris is stable and has good architecture. It's easy to maintain. 

They can change their backend because it's a little hard to work with. They could streamline it with new technology.

I have been using Hybris PCM for about five or six years.

Hybris is scalable. Around six to 10 people in our marketing department work with it. 

SAP support is helpful. They have good documentation and everything.

It isn't complex to set up, but it depends on the project. It's usually about 15 minutes depending on the project and the amount of data.

We handled it In-house.

The licenses cost too much.

I rate Hybris PCM eight out of 10. I would recommend it to others.

Our implementation provides the business with the ability to cope with a high volume of orders per day, quickly and successfully in a diversified configurable environment.

The solution needs flexibility to integrate into discount, vouchers, and orders.

We have been using this solution for two years.

There were some issues in deployment. In the future, we may use the multi-system integration into the system.

I did not encounter any issues with stability.

Customer service was good.

• PCM updates businesses on compliance regulations and has the capability of saving businesses a lot of money, and therefore, data integration costs are greatly reduced.
• PCM allows businesses to work on governance of data that may have been put aside, and assists with service oriented architecture.
• PCM solves data issues with enterprise project management and projects of business intelligence.

Purchasing this tool was quite expensive. It requires skills and knowledge to use it, as well as time, but you can start only with the attributes that you need.

PCM is a very important tool in creating a reliable customer data source that is centralized with no duplicates, thus increasing master data redundancy. Master data is the data entities that cannot be transacted. It ensures that there is control and consistency in all processes involved. PCM can also be used in data collection, consolidation, distribution, storage, and classification, as well as detection and correction of errors.Our customer data is now redundant, as we had duplicate data.
