Sharepoint 2016 Standard has positively impacted my organization by providing a very good data repository and organization of various amounts of information that is stored in these Sharepoint sites.
Sharepoint 2016 Standard facilitates team collaboration and document sharing with enhanced compliance and data management, thus reducing costly errors. Its flexible, adaptable design allows users minimal training for solution creation. Security is robust with a secure data repository, albeit hampered by frustrating two-factor authentication. Navigation and archived document identification need improvement. Integration with Microsoft Office apps for document management is lacking, and private folder creation can be challenging.
