Sigma is user-friendly for those familiar with pivot tables or Excel, offering real-time data and collaborative features such as commenting. Users find the tool valuable for detailed reports and as a visualization and reporting front end. However, visualization options, handling complex visualizations, and the roadmap for new features need improvement. While lacking versioning and organization features, simplifying report creation for non-analysts is needed.
