We use the solution to centralize all processes.

Before Sisense, we didn't have a single platform to monitor our performance data. As a performance advertisement organization, we needed a place to monitor all performances. Sisense helped us achieve this by pushing our data into one place. Now, anyone in the organization can analyze any data point they need without looking at multiple locations.

It is easier to get on board with Sisense because of their custom support team. You have a dedicated team to help.

Sisense is good in terms of visualization, but it has some drawbacks. For example, it doesn't have any way to sort or filter tables directly on the server side. Also, you can't have multiple tabs; it has a single dashboard.

Sisense has multiple levels of filtering, including similarities. Sisense has a huge customer base and is constantly adding plugins, so it is possible to create tables the way you want.

I have been using Sisense for one to two months.

The product’s stability has no issue.

I rate the solution’s stability an eight or nine out of ten.

30 users are using the solution, and we are planning to touch 100users mark.

We used multiple other solutions, including Google Looker Studio, Quicksight, Superset, and Google Sheets dashboards. We wanted to consolidate all data, so we switched to Sisense.

Migrating our data to Sisense was not easy since we were in a very busy period, and there were some issues during the first few months. This prompted us to look for a super site and other solutions. We were able to figure things out with the support of the Sisense team. It was a painful process, but we are happy with the results.
The deployment took around two months and four or five people to complete.

I rate the initial setup a three out of ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy.

The solution is not affordable for small businesses. It is cheaper for at least mid-stage startups to large scale. To get additional add-ons and plug-ins built by Sisense, we would need to purchase them as an extra package. There are also some extra costs associated with adding new profiles to Sisense.

I rate the product’s pricing a nine out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.

There are multiple stages of the availability. The first primary thing is cost. The second one is how large your data is and whether you want to research data in real-time or if it's frequency-based. There are much better solutions like Superset or Looker. If you look at consolidated data that refreshes regularly, like once daily, Sisense is definitely on the good side. It doesn't offer anything extra except for the good visualizations. Sisense is on top of the market. There is an associated brand value. If you want to share reports with the clients, that would also be easier.

We were evaluating Sisense, but the pricing was too high for us. We decided to try it and purchased an initial membership plan for 10 or 13 people. We worked directly with the Sisense team, but for a long time, we could not onboard our dataset. We explored multiple solutions, including onboarding a sample dataset first or directly catching the data through queries inside items. This is their primary KPI and USP - you can write questions in site settings and people. We tried to host this somehow, but all of our attempts failed. After multiple discussions, I could onboard the queries directly with the help of the support team.

We have dashboards all over the place. It was getting tough for us to track down where the information was. We needed a central location where all the dashboards are present. We were also hopeful that the AI features in Sisense could help us point to deeper insights that we cannot find ourselves all the time.

We were evaluating between Sisense, Superset, and Looker Studio. And I think Sisense is relatively fast compared to Looker Studio, for sure. Looker Studio also has some build problems, such as the inability to support custom queries. So, it's not a scalable solution for us.

One person currently does maintenance, but we are considering two or three for this job.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

My current position is as a Senior Consultant. I sell Sisense to my customers in Thailand. It is used for reporting and as an analytic dashboard.

The best part about this solution is how easy it is to mash up the data from many sources. Sisense is fast compared to other solutions.

Sisense has a lot of feature functionality in the form of AI which helps with data analytics.

I would like Sisense to improve its performance, particularly when we are dealing with large-scale data.

I have been using Sisense for three years.

Sisense is stable.

The solution is scalable as it can access data that has more than 100,000,000 loads. 

Technical support at Sisense is good.

The initial setup of Sisense is quite easy. We use two people at each site to maintain the solution.

The entire deployment of the solution can take up to four months.

Sisense's return on investment depends on the point of view of the customer. It needs to be measured from the existing environment. If you are currently not using anything for analytic purposes, it will be very good. However, if you use other products, this solution may not be as good.

Sisense's pricing is based on an annual subscription of approximately $35,000 USD. It is a bit more expensive when compared to other products like QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI. However, these solutions price functionality separately if you select all the features. Sisense is less expensive.

I have evaluated Board International. Sisense is faster than that solution.

I would rate the solution a nine out of 10 overall.

We did not have a BI tool previously. We used spreadsheets, complicated pivot tables and macros. Using Sisense, we were able to get rid of those complex Excel sheets, improve the automation of the company and produce meaningful insights.

This solution is easy to learn how to use. 

This solution does not have tabs. In order to have tabs, you have to download an add-on to mimic the tabs. They should be integrated to improve the solution. 

We have also experienced bugs in the widget which has required us to delete the widget and recreate it. 

When one user adds filters to data, the next user sees the same results which can cause confusion. The next user can also make changes to the data. 

This is a stable solution. 

This is a scalable solution. 

They have a very good customer support team. We have biweekly meetings with them and they are very helpful.

The initial setup is straightforward.

This solution is more expensive than Tableau, Qlik and Dundas. It is an expensive tool. They charge $75,000 while Tableau is $45,000.

We are moving to a better tool. Technologically speaking, Dundas is ahead of other solutions on the market. The most impressive thing about Dundas is that if you have a graph, you can select a segment of that graph and drill down into the detail. You can make comments on the graphs for easy discussions.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten. 

We use the solution for data modeling and visualization to build dashboards for our healthcare product.

The solution is very intuitive, easy to use and learn. Even a new user can quickly understand and implement it.

The solution's setup process could be easier.

The solution was stable during POC.

The solution's technical support team is good.

The solution's initial setup process was complex. We had to collaborate with its support team quite a few times while executing it. I rate the process a five out of ten.

Collaborating with the solution's support team would simplify the setup process.

We use this solution for analyzing research data.

We like that this solution allows us to use data cubes to set up specific visualizations.

At present there are additional costs involved if we wish to share our data queues within this solution, which we would like to see removed.

We would also like to see more available data connectors.

Sisense has helped us to migrate core functions of our previous tool in less than 90 days. The sales team used this information when communicating with customers.

They should improve the filters to create downloaded data by moving them to the top of the dashboard.

It was used to replace our BI tool, which was expiring soon.

The dashboard design interface is very intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily produce professional, innovative dashboards.  

ElastiCube Manager allows you to combine multiple data sources and add additional fields and tables with ease. It gives you the power of ETL and data modeling in one easy to use tool.  

Minor improvements with formatting of data exports from dashboards. The ability for non-admin users to schedule the emailing of dashboards. I would like to see more development and growth for the support of Knowledge Base and Community forums.

No issues with stability. It is a very stable solution.

Support is very responsive and clearly one of the strengths of Sisense. I have always received a fast response and the staff is very helpful.

Sisense provides us with the best performance and the functionality that we need. Sisense provides both an on-premise and cloud solution, which meets our needs.  

A very simple setup: Easy to download, install, and updates are pain free.

Embedded Sisense into our web/mobile application for customers and internal users to able to generate reports and insight from the data we collect.

While we are still in the middle of implementing, Sisense has helped us gain knowledge about our customers, as well as highlighting data quality issues to correct.

ElastiCube Manager is a very easy to use ETL tool, which includes the ability to easily transform raw data into reusable data. There are many built-in connectors, which allow us to easily add new sources of data, often in minutes.  

I would love to have more customization capabilities for building dashboards, especially in creating custom widget sizes. I would also like to be able to run a bursts of reports based on different field values with PDF output right in the tool, rather than filtering on each field value and generating each PDF manually.

I have worked with a lot of tools. This one was being used within hours of seeing it without much training.
