We are protected from malware, and we can manage our users and departments the way we want. We can manage users.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature is monitoring. It's the best one because if we are dealing with the tools and other organizations, like what students are doing if they are doing something like looking for self-harm or something, we receive notifications, so we can take the initiative immediately. There are a bunch of different things that we benefit from.
What needs improvement?
There is room for improvement in the UI. They can improve it by making it so that everything is in one place, so we don't have to jump around to different pages. For example, if we're creating a rule, we should be able to do everything on the same page. Just a drop-down thing or something. This would improve productivity.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this solution for three years. I use the current version is Elite 66.

It was easy to initially deploy it
It's a hybrid solution, deployed both on-premises and in the cloud. You can sync it together, and you can monitor everything remotely.
