Sophos Endpoint is recognized for its simplicity, ease of use, and robust threat detection through features like AI and Intercept X. While providing strong centralized management and seamless firewall synchronization, it suffers from high resource usage and difficult configuration. Despite its stability and effective protection, technical support and pricing are areas of concern. The absence of an on-premises model and slow support response affect its appeal in certain regions.
