We need more training sessions from TalentEdge team, and extended training every three months would be beneficial, as many functionalities are frequently updated, leaving our team unaware of newer features.
Customer support is a key area for improvement, where deploying dedicated account managers would help expedite issue resolution, and enhancing the learning experience with gamified features has also been requested to keep learners engaged.
