What I liked the most about Torq is the actual workflow builder, which is really great because they offer a lot of features and convenience features that are useful for any automation engineer.
Torq offers a streamlined approach to alert management, significantly reducing analyst workload with its unified platform for AI, SOAR, automation, and case management. Despite enhanced efficiency and automation features, users face challenges like deployment difficulty, instability due to lagging and crashes, and costly execution-based pricing. While Torq improves response capabilities by providing comprehensive incident views, its AI workflows show inconsistent results, and MCP integration issues affect usability.
