Based on my past experience, the accuracy and reliability of Trend Micro Email Security [EOL]'s output demonstrate very minimal false positive detections, with many detections being very accurate and the AI and machine learning working perfectly, complemented by traditional signature behaviors, leading to a high detection rate and accuracy when compared to other competitor products.
