Client Director - Financial Services at a university with 10,001+ employees3.5I found Work.com a central hub for sales and client information, offering good history tracking. However, I experienced it as clunky with too many confusing fields, impacting usability, leading me to rate it 7/10.
Vice President at a tech vendor with 51-200 employees3.5I've used this solution for three years, valuing its recognition features and customer service. It improved our culture, but I wish the interface allowed easier changes and report modification, and the cost was lower.
HR Operations & Technology Manager at a tech vendor with 1,001-5,000 employees2.5I found the performance management and goal features flexible and easy to administer, despite the Salesforce UI being a significant detractor. Setup was straightforward, but goal reporting required manual effort. Overall, it improved upon previous solutions.

Centralized management, useful information storage, but can feel clunky

Tracks the performance review cycle. Allows for ongoing recognition and feedback. It should be easier to modify the reports and the dashboards.

Performance management and goals are the most valuable features. The UI needs to improve.
