We had deliverability with previous providers . On checking this solution, we were impressed with the product during the testing phase. And moved completely to this solution.
What is most valuable?
The user interface is valuable to me. It is very easy to access it and check on the status of emails.

We had some minor bugs. Analytics can be made better
The product must add SMS-sending features along with emails.

I have been using the solution for one and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The product’s stability is pretty good.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I use the tool on a very small scale. I think scalability is pretty good, though. Around 50 people are using the solution in my organization.
How are customer service and support?
Support is good. I rate the support team an eight and a half out of ten. Any issues or queries I raise get resolved on my first interaction with the team.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We checked other available solutions. Either it was too expensive/ had deliverability issues.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy. We need around ten minutes to deploy the solution. The deployment process took a bit longer for me because there was an issue with my DNS provider.
What about the implementation team?
I have a bit of domain knowledge. I could deploy the solution myself. The tool does not require maintenance.
What was our ROI?
We reduced the cost drastically we spend for transactional emails
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution is the cheapest in the market. The product has a pay-as-you-go pricing model. It’s pretty easy for us. We can just purchase the tool and use it. The pricing is pretty clear and easy. It is like a prepaid card system. I update mine whenever I need it. There are no additional costs associated with the product.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
SendGrid’s UI is very difficult. I was not able to understand much. I didn’t have that issue with ZeptoMail. I did not receive proper responses from SendGrid’s support team.
What other advice do I have?
The product had a couple of bugs. However, the vendor resolved the bugs quickly. People wanting to use the solution must try it out. If they like it, they can switch it on. I have seen and tried many other products. ZeptoMail is pretty easy and straightforward. Overall, I rate the tool a nine out of ten.
