What is our primary use case?
I have used Zoho Connect for a project of my client, and the project took around two to three months, so I have experience with Zoho Connect for about two to three months.
My client uses Zoho Connect as a task management app for their office and employees. When a new lead is added in CRM, they create a task in Zoho Connect app, and I assign the new task created by the lead to a particular employee in the organization. I have also defined many stages, with each stage having its own owner, and whenever the lead or task is moved in Zoho Connect, the owner changes accordingly.
What is most valuable?
There are many features of Zoho Connect that I find most valuable. We can design our own tasks, and we can decide if we cancel a task or deliver a task. When a task is completed, we can determine after how many days the task will be deleted automatically. We can also assign different tasks to different members and move them using Deluge automation.
When a new lead is added in CRM, we can create a task in Zoho Connect app and assign it to a particular employee in the organization. I have defined many stages, with each stage having its own owner, and whenever the lead or task is moved in Zoho Connect, the owner changes automatically.
What needs improvement?
A downside to Zoho Connect is the lack of direct functionality to delete a task after a specific period. We have to implement multiple automations through both CRM and Zoho Connect to delete a task. While there is an option to archive a task, a direct option to delete a task after a period would be beneficial.
Another issue is that when changing the stage of a task, we have to refresh the page to see if the stage has changed. It would be helpful if there was a real-time update feature in the user interface to show task stage changes without requiring manual refresh.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There are no problems with stability in Zoho Connect. I have never experienced any lagging or crashing.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
According to my usage, Zoho Connect is scalable, and I have not faced any scalability issues. The platform handles tasks well, and when adding users, Zoho Connect manages them effectively without any stability problems.
How are customer service and support?
I have never contacted technical support or customer support for Zoho Connect as there has not been any situation requiring their assistance. I have managed to handle everything independently.

How was the initial setup?
The initial deployment of Zoho Connect is straightforward. There are no significant issues setting up Zoho Connect. If you understand the flow of your organization or project, you can easily set it up, and all necessary functions are readily available for direct application.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have not used any alternatives to Zoho Connect.
What other advice do I have?
I do not have information about Zoho Connect pricing because the client had already purchased it. I only worked on implementing functions and adding features.
Zoho Connect does not require any maintenance on my end to continue working as that is handled by Zoho.
I am just a user of Zoho Connect and do not have any partnerships with Zoho.
