Then, they create quotations, transfer these quotations into workflow processes, and finally, create invoices to manage collections. For CRM, I train myself to use Odoo and Zoho CRM, but in my current job, I supervise my developers' team and make customization for CRM to serve my company. The ERP I use is an application called Dolibarr, which is totally free and has 87 modules and is open source, and I use it for all my needs in my company. I run Zoho CRM applications because I work as IT director and IT consultant for some companies, some of which are running in Dubai and use Zoho CRM for finance and operation departments. I travel to Dubai many times to make installation, implementation, and train the team on how to use Zoho CRM. Just to complete the leave calculation, our company had to pay employees late or make assumptions about the presence of employees for upcoming working days, which minimized the visibility, which was solved using Zoho CRM. Every time an employee logs in for the day, it gets reflected in Zoho CRM for our company, as the login devices have been integrated beforehand. The solution allows our company to download all the attendance data at the end of the month for salary processing.
Zoho CRM provides flexibility. Most Indian customers choose Zoho because of its pricing. Also, HRMS is user-friendly. We use Zoho CRM to manage all leads, from lead generation to converting them into prospects and then providing services.

We've implemented this product for some of our clients and because of its flexibility, there have been several different use cases. I've implemented it as a true CRM where you capture leads, and convert them into your contacts, accounts and deals. You create proposals, and contracts, and then integrate them with some of the other Zoho packages. For other clients, we've taken the core concepts of the Zoho package and configured it for the healthcare industry. We are customers of Zoho and I'm a company director.

We are not using the fully-fledged solution yet as we are still in the process of a full migration. We tested the solution for a year first and found it more user friendly compared to other solutions on the market. We use Zoho for our outbound and inbound channels to run marketing campaigns and to manage and track leads coming from those campaigns. We plan to adopt it for our entire sales cycle for customer relationship management.

There is another way leads come from, such as online social media channels or sales team engages with them. Once a deal is closed, it goes to the accounting software and creates invoices directly. This solution can be used for a lot of things. They have a number of modules for you to enter for your customer contact. You are also able to use it for analytics and monitoring. There are also many modules on the business side. You can integrate your database for different sales and marketing pitches, and you can integrate it with your call center which makes it easy to log complete details of your customers - you can even contact your customers for relationship management!
We are the product more on the sales leads side of it, for the sales cycle, for creating our customers' contract details and any deals where there are rules involved. We also use it for projections.
