Would you recommend upgrading QuickBooks Desktop Pro to QuickBooks Online Advanced? In what cases?

Hi community, 

We are a 75 employee company.  Right now we use Gusto for payroll, SaaS optics for subscription management and Bill.com provides a portal for payables - as a preparer, approver and payment maker.

The company is planning to use QuickBooks Online Advanced to consolidate payroll, invoice and paying off-invoice within QB itself. 

Would you recommend upgrading QuickBooks Desktop Pro to QuickBooks Online Advanced? 

Any additional suggestions for our environment?
