I use the solution in my company to manage the complete employee journey. In our organization, we use the tool for our performance discussions, onboarding, and surveys, and in the area of LMS, it is used for learning-related purposes.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of the solution are that it is very easy to use, so it is very customizable, the reporting is great, and the support we get from eloomi's team is also really good. If we have an issue or if we want to do a survey a bit differently, eloomi's team is always happy to help us. In the end, every platform is basically the same. It is the outputs and the service that are creating the biggest benefit for our company.
What needs improvement?
In my company, we are using new features, but I don't want to say that we serve as guinea pigs for tools. In our organization, we are using the product's new features. The tool may have bugs or something because it doesn't work out exactly how we want it. I feel that eloomi still has to catch up with some of the more established organizations because it currently doesn't look that fancy. For my company, the tool's looks are not a big problem because, cost-wise, the tool is very efficient and very low priced in comparison with the other tools in the market. The tool's willingness to improve is really high.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using eloomi for three years. I am a customer of the solution.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a very scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
I rate the technical support a ten out of ten.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have experience with Cornerstone and Workday from my previous jobs, and I believe both tools look a bit flashy compared to eloomi. Cornerstone and Workday are only in terms of cost comparison, which are nowhere near what eloomi offers. In comparison with Workday and Cornerstone, eloomi's reporting and dashboard areas don't look very nice or fancy. I believe that eloomi is working to improve the tool and listening to the customers regarding what they need in terms of analytics and reporting. I think eloomi uses input from its customers to create a solution.
How was the initial setup?
The product's initial setup phase was super easy.
The time required to deploy the solution depends on what you want, but I would say the bare implementation, which starts without a system and moves to having one, would take two to four weeks. When the work starts, you have to prepare your organization and put all the data into the system. Getting the system is super easy.
What was our ROI?
Though my company has seen some ROI from the use of the tool, it is a bit old-fashioned because last year, for instance, we have been using our Excel and hard copy files for performance discussions. With eloomi, we saved about 700 hours yearly going with the digital version, and it would be the same for learning with a new LMS. With the ease of putting our training in the system, I think we also saved about 300 to 400 hours per year by doing a Teams meeting and training. After putting in the Teams meeting and training it on the system from eloomi, you just have to go through it once, and then you can invite people to do the training.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
If one is cheap and ten is very expensive, I rate the product's price as a three.
What other advice do I have?
Speaking about eloomi learning pathways, my company uses it in two ways. First of all, we have bought content as a library and are creating our own training and SCORM files. The whole organization uses the tool. My company partnered up with eloomi last year, and we see the benefits from it in the area of the development of new features, which is very quick now. Our company is working and partnering with eloomi to increase the learning pathways.
The solution must be maintained internally. We use a cloud solution, so we need to ensure that the input is correct, and that is our responsibility.
It is possible to use AI in the product, but we don't use it in our company because we are still working on some new features we want to implement before going through an AI integration phase.
I rate the tool a nine out of ten.
