Easy to use, very customizable, and has great reporting capabilities
In my company, we are using new features, but I don't want to say that we serve as guinea pigs for tools. In our organization, we are using the product's new features. The tool may have bugs or something because it doesn't work out exactly how we want it. I feel that eloomi still has to catch up with some of the more established organizations because it currently doesn't look that fancy. For my company, the tool's looks are not a big problem because, cost-wise, the tool is very efficient and very low priced in comparison with the other tools in the market. The tool's willingness to improve is really high.

Integrated employee data has improved HR coordination but reporting and interface still need work
The GUI of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is still not very good. The drop-downs are too limited. One thing I want to have is an advisory banner with highlighted font that employees can visibly see during login, but support indicated this cannot be done. I have already raised this request to the support team, and they mentioned that the same request has come from other companies.

"The analytics and reporting features are very helpful."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is very user-friendly."

"The learning features are great."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning easily interfaces with our other systems."
"The interface is really friendly, and the training embedded in it is very easy to use, explore, and search. The catalog is pretty strong."

Cons

"The tool may have bugs or something because it doesn't work out exactly how we want it."
"Licensing is a major challenge in the solution."
"The GUI of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is still not very good."
"The solution should have a more user-friendly dashboard because its current dashboard is not so great."
"SAP is involved in many areas, but they are not strong in its e-learning modules. I would not recommend SAP SuccessFactors Learning because receiving an e-learning license, is very expensive."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have a punch-in and punch-out facility."
"What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features."
"There is no portal within the tool for collaboration."
"The flexibility and user-friendliness of the user's front end can be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"If one is cheap and ten is very expensive, I rate the product's price as a three."
"The tool's licensing model is very straightforward...You will get the relevant mail from SAP, and accordingly, you have to proceed with the provisioning enablement, after which you can start the configuration."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
"The additional costs in the solution are based on usage and in regard to the functionalities or services leveraged."
"Compared to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors Learning is not an expensive solution."
"The licensing cost for SAP SuccessFactors Learning is rather expensive, but it's not the only SAP tool my company uses in the suite, so it's very hard to compare prices."
"You need to procure licensing and it is expensive."
"The tool is cheap."
"My company does have to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs of the solution. My company considers the solution to be worth its price, but we don't consider it to be a cheap solution."
