The automation features are very valuable for my projects.
What needs improvement?
Reporting for this solution could be improved. For example, when you run A/B tests or MVT tests with multiple variants, then it is difficult to get a consolidated report.
There are limitations on how to use the automation. The sending of messages could be more transactional as it is only possible to synchronize one per day.

This is a stable solution.

We previously used MailChimp which is a lot more expensive. The decision between the two solutions would be the decision priorities within the project.
