What is most valuable?
They have a a a knowledge base and a program. They have a very robust training system for the new for different levels of of professionals. That is their most valuable feature.
What needs improvement?
The training should be improved in regards to the needs of the customers. It has to be understood what kind of training should be provided and also provide assessments.

I have been using SecurityIQ for five years.

It is a stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is not a very Scalable solution.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is able to provide solutions and also help with implementation.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of the solution is complex. It is complex depending on the culture of the company and the stage of awareness in the company in terms of security. It is more of a static point. I rate the initial setup a seven out of ten.
What other advice do I have?
The product is very good. I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.
