What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Ironclad is drafting contracts, creating the first version of the contract, validating, approving the contract, and contract signature through the integration of DocuSign.
For example, I have an automatic workflow for NDAs, so internally, someone can request the NDA if they talk to a third party, and everything is automated depending on the questionnaire. An NDA is customized and sent directly for signature to the third party and then to Amadeus for counter-signature.
What is most valuable?
The best features Ironclad offers are that it is very easy to use and very easy to customize; you do not need to be a developer to customize it and to create your own workflows.
When I say it is easy to customize, I mean creating the questions and creating the conditions in the template. For example, if you have different businesses and depending on the type of business, you want to customize a document such as an NDA, it is quite easy to do it by yourself inside Ironclad.
Ironclad has impacted my organization positively because it is more efficient, allowing us to spend less time on easy tasks and therefore spend more time on more complex tasks. I would estimate 15 to 20% time saved on our side indicates the efficiency gains.
What needs improvement?
Ironclad can be improved by integrating with artificial intelligence; it does already, but it is not really useful at the moment as it has many bugs and a lot of inaccuracy.
The AI integration is weak at the moment.

Ironclad's scalability is very good; you can use it for different use cases, so it is very useful.

The customer support is very good, we have a very good relationship with Ironclad people, and they are very reactive.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Conga, which was really bad in terms of configuration; at that time it was called Apttus, and it is very difficult to configure in Salesforce, requiring a training of five days to know how to configure it.

Before choosing Ironclad, I evaluated options such as Agiloft, Contract Express, and Exari.

My advice for others looking into using Ironclad is that they need to test it, have a specific use case, and I am sure they will adopt it very quickly. I rate this product an 8.
