I use SPAMfighter to monitor and quarantine any abnormal emails and to maintain a whitelist and blacklist.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
SPAMfighter's best features are the specific quarantine and the website where you can release your spam whitelisting and blacklisting.
What needs improvement?
SPAMfighter is a little tedious to configure and requires some technical knowledge to understand it. In the next release, I'd like SPAMfighter to add filtering of specific attachments with IF conditions.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using SPAMfighter for over three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
SPAMfighter is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
SPAMfighter is scalable, but you have to buy new licenses when you add new users.
How are customer service and support?
SPAMfighter's technical support is helpful, but their response time could be improved.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward if you understand how the mail servers work, but beginners will need support to install SPAMfighter successfully. Deployment takes around one to two days, followed by a monitoring period of three months.
What about the implementation team?
We used an in-house team.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
SPAMfighter has yearly maintenance prices.
What other advice do I have?
I would give SPAMfighter a rating of seven out of ten.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
On-premises
