My main use case for Contentful is as a headless CMS for clients who want an enterprise-grade platform without the enterprise cost of entry. The recent additions of a true visual editor and integration with Netlify ensure we can meet the capabilities of platforms that cost many times more.

It is easy in the basics and powerful in the complex, data-heavy scenarios. Extending the platform is straightforward and the SDKs give you everything you need.

I would add that it is an easy way to update content and add translation. The usage of Contentful APIs to manage entries is also helpful for our business case. Contentful webhooks integrated with Buildkite API allows us to run builds to generate static pages. Lastly, we have used Contentful Studio for composed layouts, which was a game-changer since the marketing team was able to generate new pages without any development involved.

In my opinion, the best features Contentful offers include a free trial for experimenting, great documentation and guides, a marketplace for apps, and simple yet powerful SDKs.

Additionally, I would mention its flexibility. Contentful's flexibility stands out for me because it is flexible enough for any size of teams to use this tool. It also offers support for multiple locales, asset management, along with the RESTful and GraphQL APIs with global CDNs, and dedicated API endpoints for writing, previewing, and delivering content.

Contentful has impacted my organization positively because it has been a game changer since we started using this tool. It has enabled rapid project delivery and lowered cost projects for charities especially. This brought us direct client work through partnership. We have also seen faster content deployments and saved development time of approximately 30 percent.

One improvement I believe Contentful could make is regarding licensing, as there is no way to obtain it for free over time.

I would add that the user interface to filter entries needs improvement. Content type limitations can be frustrating at times. A comments dashboard is needed.

We ended up having a lot of hacks to accomplish various WordPress tricks. With Contentful, there is less ambiguity, so content producers are less likely to go astray. We also had our own in-house programmatic template solution for managing content, but this was a previous pain point when we needed to get the development team to do a deploy for every content change.

We have a website for an e-commerce platform and we are keeping all of our content related to products, user profiles, user reviews, ratings, and all website-related specific content on Contentful itself. We consume this data via the API that Contentful exposes.

Since we have multiple platforms supporting websites, native Android devices, and iOS devices, Contentful being an API-first content management system is amazing for us to integrate and utilize it across all of our platforms.

Contentful is very flexible and developer-friendly. The content modeling system allows us to structure data exactly how we need it. The API-first approach makes it great to integrate with different platforms, whether web or native devices.

The content modeling system allows us to have a specific way of segregating our data for ratings and user profiles. When we have influencers, we have a certain set of structure that we can simply edit quickly and it is reflected via the API. There is less time in terms of saving the data and having it reflected in the environment without any further builds.

The changes made in Contentful are reflected very quickly in the browser, resulting in less downtime and actually no downtime at all. There is no separate build required each time we publish new changes. We just have to make the changes in the CMS and they are quickly reflected in our environments as soon as we publish them.

Contentful has had an amazing impact on us. The customizable content models and fast, reliable APIs allow us to integrate the front end with various third-party services. It is a very customizable and scalable solution that makes Contentful stand out.

We are getting a couple of significant benefits. The first is obvious time saving. Previously, we had to run our build and review the results. Now that requirement has been completely reduced. Our content team creates and organizes content in our CMS, and any text or detail changes are really quick to adapt. We just have to publish the changes in Contentful and immediately they are available in the API being utilized by our platforms.

We have seen improvement in many areas. Our development and static content changes have been really fast. We just have to publish changes in the CMS and immediately our platforms reflect those changes without any specific build or republishing of our native applications. We have seen a significant increase in the performance of our web application. The initial load time has improved significantly because the APIs are very fast, and we are able to load our initial frame much quicker than it was earlier.

Contentful is already a very powerful and amazing tool to utilize, but sometimes the documentation and interface are a bit technical for non-developers. We have a team for content developers who create content in Contentful, and the interface makes it sometimes difficult for them to understand because it is heavy and provided with many options and segregations. This is something that could be improved.

Initially, other CMS options like Strapi have a more user-friendly CMS interface. Though they might not be as powerful as Contentful, they have clear segregation in terms of how a new user or someone from content without much CMS experience can onboard more easily. The interface and the side of options on the initial dashboard could have been improved.

For us, one of the challenges is that for non-developers, we have had to, as a developer, guide them a little or they have had to reach out to the services team to understand where and what to add. This initial onboarding could have been improved. Apart from that, the price is a bit high when we are storing more content in the CMS. When it takes more space, it becomes a little pricey.

I have been using Contentful for the last four years.

Contentful is very stable. Its APIs have 99.99% availability. There is no downtime in the new content replacement or publishing, so it is very scalable, maintainable, and highly secure.

Scalability is amazing. With the increased content load, we did not see any increase in the timing for the API response. It still remains the same. That is how scalable and configurable it is, making it an amazing tool.

The customer support is amazing. The initial demos that were given and the initial setup that our team had to do received amazing support from both the customer service team and the technical support team. They provided us with the required information and details and helped guide us through how to initially set up everything for all of our platforms.

Previously, we were utilizing AEM, which is a page-based system. It was a bit difficult in terms of training people and in terms of the flexibility they had for providing content. When it comes to Contentful, being an API-based approach, it seems much easier for developers to integrate and visualize how the data would come in JSON form and all. This is amazing.

We are currently utilizing Amazon Web Services, which is AWS, and we did purchase Contentful from the marketplace.

Contentful is already a great tool and amazing to utilize, so there is no specific improvement I would suggest in that regard.

Pricing for the base usage is very minimal, so it is very great to adopt. However, as soon as content volume increases, since we are a huge e-commerce platform, the pricing for larger content storage is more. I would say that with higher enterprise-level scale, it becomes a little pricey. In terms of acquiring the licenses, the team has been very supportive. The initial demo that was given by the team was really great to understand the tool and how powerful it is.

We evaluated Strapi as an alternative. Comparing both tools, we found Contentful to be more precise to our use case and the functionality we wanted, so we went ahead with Contentful.

The best features Contentful offers include the Rich Text editor, the linking, the images, pages, and templates. I rely heavily on the Rich Text editor because that is where I create customized components. For example, Rich Text lets us paste images and links, and based on the JSON response structure we receive from Contentful with the GraphQL query, we know the structure of it, which helps render specific components on the screen, such as a banner that will have background images, buttons, and text, and the same goes for the slider and carousel.

Contentful has impacted my organization positively because the business is able to change the content without the help of a developer, and they can make a deployment very easily. This has led to measurable outcomes, such as a faster time-to-market and reduced workload for developers.

I think Contentful can be improved in several ways. Sometimes the linking is challenging. If you are using too many links, then it is actually making the application deployment time longer, so Contentful needs to figure out a way to solve that problem. Additionally, cost-wise, I feel our organization thinks it is too much because we were planning to use Contentful for our global site, which has four languages support, and for each language, we need to create different spaces. If Contentful could allow us to add the four languages in one go, that would be great.

I find myself heavily relying on the API-first architecture of Contentful because this is the foundation for everything; I create content modeling, and to export those APIs, the API-first approach serves as the backbone that makes all features accessible and useful. Without API, I cannot accomplish this efficiently; it allows me to fetch exactly the data I need, and when needed, I can create the content modeling part.

The traditional CMS structure involves performance optimization, such as direct API access, implementing a caching strategy, and optimizing queries. The integration flexibility is also there, allowing seamless connection with third-party tools such as e-commerce websites or custom applications.

The flexibility of content modeling determines how well the content structure supports the project needs, but the API-first structure ultimately gives me the power to leverage that well-structured content efficiently and effectively across any platform.

Additionally, in terms of Contentful features, I can mention API calling—I call the REST API and GraphQL, and I find the GraphQL feature very advantageous compared to REST, as I can write queries in a JSON format. Contentful supports other libraries, such as JavaScript and PHP, in content modeling similar to a content management system. It includes features for content authoring, such as transitioning from draft to publishing. I can create many roles and manage content authoring for particular roles, providing permissions on who can edit or publish the content.

Contentful is a strong platform, but there are definitely areas for improvement; for instance, media management could be more robust, with valuable features such as advanced image editing, better organization through nested folders, and more sophisticated search and filtering capabilities for large media libraries.

Furthermore, the workflow approval process should be more robust, with improved built-in workflow features and approval chains.

There are additional areas worth mentioning for improvement, such as localization complexity, version control, rollback capabilities, content relationship visualization, API rate limits, and search functionality, which would enhance an already strong platform for enterprise-scale content management.

My main use case for Contentful is that I built my personal brand called immediatetiger.com and I needed a section called blog where I could post articles from time to time about anything that I found interesting and related to my work. I needed something where I could log in and manage my articles with a basic API that would expose my data and I could read them through a microservice.

Because I use the Next.js framework, I found Contentful very easy to integrate and basically expose that to the front end so I can see articles and manage them through Contentful's content management system.

I use Contentful solo. I worked at one company and integrated Contentful as well, but for my personal brand, it is literally just a solo solution to manage my personal blog. That's why I also have a free account, because I set up my account a long time ago, but I didn't have a real solution that I could utilize Contentful for. I can see that right now it works for me long-term, so it's a great choice.

I have only four articles so far because it's been since January 2025, so it's just basically this year and we're currently in March, so it hasn't been a long time. What I found very interesting is that I can upload images. Because I can upload images and publish them through Contentful, that simplifies a lot of things because usually I use Google Cloud storage. When you write articles, it's better to keep images and articles in one place in Contentful because it's just so easy to think about. For now, because I'm very slow with doing my articles, it's a really great choice. I know that Contentful also does GraphQL, which is great as well.

Contentful offers several valuable features. The most valuable feature is Content, where I can create new articles. I also found the Media section interesting, where I can upload my images. When I look at the content, I found it interesting how I can model content. When I click on my article, I have ID, title, description, and images fields. This feature where I can add fields of a specific type is really great when you look at a project in the initial stage, because you never know how long-term you will expand or what will happen with the project.

Apart from these features, I found that it's easy to integrate, and the documentation is easy as well. I could easily create the API key and everything else. When you look at the API keys feature, I think it's very stable. I never had any problem. Webhooks also exist, but I don't use them right now. Maybe I will use them at some point. Because I publish my articles very slowly and not many, I use mainly these features for now.

Contentful has positively impacted my work because I have people browsing Google and because I use SEO as well, and my articles are indexed and written by me. People come and read them. The most valuable part is that some people find them attractive and actually read about topics like the difference between chatbots or agents, what is a chatbot, what is fine-tuning, or remote work. These are actually my articles, which are quite important looking at the market right now. Some people come and view and read them.

To be honest, I don't work so deeply with Contentful to see anything that I would change. Based on what I do, everything is really done in the sense that I don't need any changes. Maybe in the future something will change, but at this specific moment, I think I got everything I need from Contentful.

The only thing I would mention is basically fields and types. That's what I found quite difficult at the beginning to understand how all that works. So there is some space to improve. Apart from that, I didn't have really any big requirements in terms of any changes. I would need to look very deeply once again at what I did because I did that some time ago. For now, I don't need any updates from Contentful. At least, I don't see it at this specific moment. The job I really do by using Contentful is really little. I don't post every week or every single day to basically expect something more in terms of quality.

That's the most important when you post content. The last thing you want to see is that the service disappears or your content is somehow changed. For me, it's been very stable. Even though I have just four articles, they're very important for me, and my personal brand is very important for me as well. I just try to make sure that I stick to basically stable solutions. For one year and six months, I never had any problems with Contentful. Even when I was updating the module, I never had any problems.

In terms of Contentful, I would rate it 10/10 based on my usage and driven by the stability of the service. When I was building my personal brand for the last one year and six months, I never saw the service go down or break my articles in any way. So there was no downtime. At least I have not noticed that. This is the reason why I rate it 10/10 because when you publish your content and you have articles, even though you have just four of them, the company Contentful may not understand the value of my ideas and why I do it. However, it is very important that there are no downtimes periodically since I bought my domain and I build a lot of other things on that domain as well. My service is quite big. When I choose companies, I look at how stable they are, what's the downtime, and if I had any problems during the time I was working with that actual integration or something. There are companies where things fail and so on. To be honest with Contentful, since I signed up and used this service twice, I didn't have any problems in terms of downtime.

I was looking at Netlify or something, and looking at WordPress.

I do use Google Analytics. I track my views and I can see how popular my articles are. It's not a lot of views, but people systematically come and read something, which is good.

I didn't check support, but when I was doing that I found out that it's easy to generate the API key and easy to look at the documentation and easy to integrate Contentful with Python as a module. Contentful's module in Python is easy to set up, plus the ability to create the API key easily. Looking at Contentful itself, adding articles is really easy. You upload the image first, then you create the content, you publish, and that's it. It works. Because of that, I think it's good as well. The UI is very normal. I could suggest to Contentful that maybe there are some ideas in terms of content. Now we have AI and a lot of great designs you can create with basically AI. Maybe that's where Contentful could look at, how to innovate or reinvent that part. Even though it looks good, maybe there is space to innovate something.

Make sure your API key is safe. That's what I would suggest. Focus on your content and try to divide your content into different sections and think about what type of section that is and what type of format that should be. That's how I would advise people to look at Contentful. Think about what you want to do, what you want to build, divide this into smaller pieces and think about what type of field that is, and then try to match this with Contentful fields.

There is an AI and automations tab. I didn't look at this section, but I don't see any chatbot available on the app when I sign in. Agents are very important right now because, for example, if you had a section when I look at content, I may have a question about anything. I could ask anything about my article and there's no chatbot that I could talk to when I log in myself. Probably something very important right now is that if you build an article and you are very new to Contentful, it's very hard to understand everything at once. Even though it may look very simple, it's actually not when you build and integrate the module in Python, for example, and then you need to expose that to the front end and so on and so on. You need to use Postman, make requests, and try to understand how it all works. It's actually a lot of things. A chatbot would help your clients for sure because they will have questions. For example, how to connect Contentful through GraphQL and how to connect Contentful through REST. Even though documentation is there, I think questioning an agent is actually much better for me.

I use Contentful to manage products and marketing content for a shopping website. What I stored in Contentful was product titles, descriptions, images, and category-wise shoes. I also use promotional banners in homepage sections, hero banners, and featured products. On the front end, I use a UI front end such as React and Next.js, fetching data using the Contentful API, primarily REST or GraphQL.

Contentful has positively impacted my organization by facilitating faster campaigns for marketing content, reducing the dev workload, and shortening the time to market, with no hard-coding of content, a clean API-based architecture, and reusable components. Developers can focus on the future instead of content changes, resulting in a faster development cycle and less repetitive work. There is better scalability and structure, as the content models keep everything organized.

The positive outcomes and metrics from using Contentful include a massive reduction in content update time. Before, changing a banner tag required a dev ticket and a deployment, taking one to two days. Now, after implementing Contentful, the content team updates directly, taking only five to ten minutes, which is an 80% time reduction. There are fewer deployments; previously, there were frequent small deployments just for content, but now content updates happen without deployment, reducing content-related deployments by 50% to 70%. The best features Contentful offers include separating content from the front-end UI. I can fetch data via an API such as GraphQL, which works with any front-end tool such as React, Next.js, mobile apps, and even smartwatches. Instead of pages, I create content models such as products, blog posts, and banners, breaking content into reusable pieces such as title, image, and description.

Using APIs such as GraphQL has helped my workflow by allowing me to get only the required fields instead of too much unnecessary data, which means a smaller payload and faster front-end performance. It makes handling the nesting of referenced content easier, as in Contentful everything is connected, such as product categories, homepages, and featured products. With REST, there are multiple API calls and manual mapping, but with GraphQL, one query gets everything needed properly, leading to better performance and cleaner code for the GraphQL API.

In addition to the previously mentioned features, I find webhooks very practical. Contentful can trigger events when content changes, allowing me to rebuild a site, clear the cache, or trigger deployments. For example, when content is published, a webhook triggers a Next.js rebuild. Localization is also significant for real products since I can manage multiple languages inside some content models, with fields such as the title available in English, French, and Hindi, saving considerable effort versus having separate systems. The Preview API is very important and underrated because it lets me use draft content before publishing, which is essential for content authors.

One area where I believe Contentful can be improved is better handling of complex content relationships, as when content is deeply nested with references inside references, the queries can get messy and hard to manage on the front end. A more intuitive way to visualize and manage relationships, with built-in tools to simplify nested data handling, would be beneficial. Another improvement could be performance with large data sets, as with many entries, API responses can slow down and pagination can become tricky; better query optimizations and smarter caching tools built-in could help. Lastly, content modeling can get complex since designing models requires experience, and it is easy to over-complicate; better templates and guided modeling with suggestions based on use cases, such as e-commerce or blog, could improve usability.

Use it for the right use case; Contentful shines when you need dynamic content across multiple platforms such as web and mobile, and when non-dev teams also need to manage content. For very simple websites or small static projects, it might be overkill. Plan your API strategy, preferring GraphQL for flexibility to avoid over-fetching, and structure queries clearly to maximize performance. Always handle edge cases from the start since real-world content is messy. Work closely with content and marketing teams to explain the content structure clearly, add validations, and set required field limits to ensure the CMS is usable and prevents breaking the UI.

Contentful is not just a CMS; it is a content infrastructure tool that works well when you treat content as structured data and design it as a system, not just pages. It is really powerful for medium to large-scale apps, teams with developers and content marketing people, and multi-platform needs such as web plus mobile. That is the real value of Contentful. You need to be careful with small-scale projects, as poor content modeling can get messy and requires upfront thinking. Personally, I have learned that the biggest takeaway is that Contentful's success depends less on the tool itself and more on how well you design your content model and workflows.

My main use case for Contentful is for smaller websites that need to go up really quickly. I find the content modeling really easy in Contentful and you can basically architect a meaningful data model very quickly and then start testing on the API again very quickly.

Currently, I'm using Contentful for the Waiheke Island Radio community radio website, which is really about podcasts. We have almost 2,000 podcasts and an audio history of Waiheke Island in Auckland, New Zealand. There are interviews, political interviews when election times come around, and environmental content. Really a lot of community-focused content which we store all the audio files up on Amazon and connect them in Contentful just through a URL field, which takes a lot of the load off Contentful. Contentful can be a very lightweight, headless solution just really serving up JSON, while the heavy lifting for streaming and playing is done through AWS.

I have used Contentful for lots of sites, and I'm currently also using it for the Waiheke Island Artworks Community Theatre, managing all their scheduling, bookings, and ticketing. It works seamlessly with Vercel, and the automated CI/CD pipelines mean that from the conception of an idea to actually pushing into production can be a matter of hours. It's a great flexible headless system.

One of the best features Contentful offers is the environments, which means I can quite easily separate out the development environment using basically what is a copy of production content. It gives me flexibility to be very experimental with development without impacting the live site at all. The preview features are really good, the integration is strong, being able to plug into Cloudinary and other providers, and the community resources for extensions and plugins are beneficial.

For example, there are generally two things going on with the websites: the development stream, which involves the actual React, Next.js development to release features, and the content management side. On the Waiheke radio website, I have the ability in the backend to use Contentful content management to add components to my page and do layout, which normally involves messing around with content that I don't want to do on the live site. That's how the environments work for me, providing an alternative source of content matched to production, allowing me to experiment and change layouts.

I think the free tier has always been very generous, but the 25 content model types have at times been limiting, and I have had to find innovative ways to work around it because we are a community radio station that runs on donations and grants. Money is, of course, very tight, so I'm always looking for the least expensive ways to do things. Another point about Contentful is that for the bang for buck, what it delivers is superior to a lot of other subscription services. I have tried Strapi, Sanity, and am currently experimenting with Payload, but Contentful has always been a very solid product.

In my experience, the preview side could be a little bit more straightforward and intuitive. It seems a good use case for AI to enhance it. Being that Contentful possibly has access to the repositories I'm using, as well as the front end and the Vercel pipelines, it could be more intuitive to auto-generate previews.

Everything is fairly covered off. I appreciate the built-in search, the built-in sort capabilities, and the ability to create custom views.

I have been using Contentful for around four years.

Contentful is very stable.

The interface of Contentful lends itself to very large data sets due to the ability to sort, filter, and create custom lists and views. The other end of that scalability is on the delivery network, which is purely 100% Vercel and is very scalable.

Certainly, I can run a quite large site such as the Waiheke radio site, which is around 2,000 pages or so, very easily with one person. One developer can manage it. I do have a couple of content editors contributing sporadically, but generally, it has made it really simple to manage and run a particularly large site.

To be perfectly honest, I have never needed customer support. I have always been able to find the information I need from online documentation, so I have never actually needed to raise a support ticket.

Previously, I was a Sitecore MVP and have worked with Sitecore for most of my career. Sitecore is a large enterprise-scale system, but Contentful beats it regarding the power and simplicity of a pure headless solution. One thing I would note is regarding backup; the backup mechanisms provided by Contentful do not appear to be very transparent. I would love to know more about that. My data is sitting on Contentful's servers, but I want to know how it's protected and backed up.

Before choosing Contentful, I evaluated Strapi, Sanity, Ghost, and Sitecore Headless, which is now called Sitecore AI.

My advice to others looking into using Contentful is to stick with the well-established stack of Contentful, GitHub, and Vercel, as it makes for a very rapid deployment and development cycle.

I think there is a need to explore the tiers between free and the $300 tier, as there is probably money to be made by allowing smaller businesses to grow just that little bit more than the free tier allows, and there would be money in it for Contentful.

I would rate my overall experience with Contentful an 8 out of 10.

My main use case for Contentful is that it provides us with quick and easy content updates as it is the backend to our website. We use it to make changes, improvements, and updates on our content. We have used other website CMS services to edit content, all of which are not as intuitive as Contentful, so we were really glad our website developer provided us with this software for ongoing changes. From updating photos to written content, Contentful keeps track of everything. For example, should you need to revert any changes, you can pick and choose which version to return to and publish.

When my team switched to Contentful, I really appreciated how intuitive it was compared to other CMS applications we had used before. The ease it provides when it comes to shaping the images in our online content in a similar way is great. When making content updates, it is very simple finding the portion where the text is placed in order to adjust it. Overall, it is a huge improvement from other CMS services we had been using before.

Contentful allows us to coordinate externally and manage effectively without depending on developers for deployment. What sets Contentful apart is its user-friendly interface that empowers non-technical employees to access, modify, and update content with ease. Its intuitive design facilitates seamless updates of photos and written content, providing the ability to revert changes when necessary.

The best features Contentful offers include support for internalized content and versioning capabilities, which further enhance the user experience for apps with a substantial user base. Additionally, the platform simplifies the process of compiling and accessing specific images or business content that would otherwise require multiple platforms or rely on email communication. Other features include a clean, modern interface that is not clunky. The platform also provides full control of design and functionality, ease of use, outstanding version control, seamless media uploads, and great functionality for adding and removing fields to content types, as well as verification and control of input entries.

Version control has significantly helped my team by contributing to new hire orientation programs and facilitating knowledge advancement within the organization. Furthermore, Contentful's ability to manage content across multiple platforms in a unified manner simplifies website management, e-commerce operations, and internal sales platform updates.

Contentful has impacted my organization positively as I spend less time maintaining our website, the developer spends less time maintaining our website, and our clients spend less time worrying about their site being hacked or crashing. It speeds up our content creation process, hence saving time from forty to fifty-five percent. It has freed up development and design resources for more important projects. It has given freedom to people to create new pages while keeping some control so they would not make mistakes.

I believe it would be nice to have some documentation, especially for new learners who are starting.

A minor issue I have is that Contentful does not have a way to organize fields within an entry.

I think there needs to be a UI to filter entries for Contentful.

My main use case for Contentful is that our company's website is built on Contentful, so I use it for updating content, creating new templates, pages, publishing them, and conducting A/B testing and various marketing activities.

A specific example of something I recently did with Contentful is that I created a new page called Press Release on my company's website two days ago, where I uploaded the teaser image, banner image, the content, and the written by author profile.

Regarding my main use case and recent activities with Contentful, our company has done many innovations for our clients' websites, including migrating from another platform to Contentful with around 40 to 50 plus websites, and we are consistently using the headless version, which makes it very easy to update and check the content.

In my opinion, the best feature that Contentful offers is the headless capability.

The headless feature stands out for me because it is very helpful for our team, especially for anyone who is non-technical when they update the content or create new pages. Using the template features allows them to easily update the content and modify it. The nested hierarchy plays a key role here since you do not have to change one component repeatedly across several pages; you just have to make the change in one component, and it will automatically propagate wherever it is nested.

I think this is more than sufficient regarding the features in today's era for both technical and non-technical people.

Contentful has positively impacted my organization because, as I mentioned, since we are using the headless setup, when we need to create new pages, update content, or conduct any marketing activity, we no longer need to rely on a technical person. Our marketing or SEO team can simply perform these tasks.

This change has resulted in measurable outcomes, including an increase in sessions on our website.

Contentful can improve by addressing one technical issue regarding the creation of builds. When we give access, there is no access hierarchy, so if we give an author access, they can also create a build, which sometimes leads to a situation where an author who is only supposed to update or upload content might mistakenly click the build button, and the content goes live without testing or checking. Contentful can create an access level hierarchy to ensure that authors can only create and update content but not push it live.

Apart from the access hierarchy improvement, everything else is excellent.

I do not have any additional thoughts about Contentful, but I would like to emphasize that they should look into the access hierarchy part for improvements; apart from this, everything is excellent. I gave Contentful a rating of 9 out of 10.
