I would rate the scalability of Jedox a seven out of ten. There is room for improvement in the scalability. It is a very massive tool. It's not easy to just build everything yourself. So that's where the main improvements lie—making it easy for people to not depend on just technical finance teams. There are almost 50 to 60 users using Jedox in our organization.

I have worked with the solution for many years. I have worked several 1000 hours in Jedox. I really like the tool and its opportunities. It's evolving, improving, and adding new features. If someone is looking to use the product, they must reach out to a partner or consultant. When a solution has all the opportunities, it's not really a plug-and-play tool. They have some options for it. It is another good thing about Jedox. We can create certain models people often use, like cash flows and currency conversion. It doesn't need much configuring. We can just purchase on a subscription basis and start using some parts of it. If you want to start looking into it, you should definitely contact someone who's made large solutions to see all the opportunities that the tool has. It is vast. Overall, I rate the tool a nine out of ten.

There is room for improvement in terms of scalability. I would rate the scalability a seven out of ten. It is not a very scalable solution. From a performance perspective, as the rules get more complex and the memory requirement grows since it's a single tenant, you don't automatically get more memory or more processes added on. So you get effectively what you paid for. If there are more complex models, it can struggle at the top end. From the average perspective, we have got four users, and our largest is around fifty users. So from four to fifty probably is the maximum number of users we've got in a budget for a print version.
