I have three customers here in Brazil who use Kovair Data Lake in smart classrooms. They use this solution to develop a centralized environment for students.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature is the ability to interact with teachers in real-time and manage lessons after class. It provides almost unlimited online resources for students.
What needs improvement?
Maybe the chat conversation feature could be improved. Currently, once you open a session, you can't close it to restrict certain features. It would be good if I could block chat during an activity if needed.
How are customer service and support?
The problems were solved very quickly, and it was more related to the configuration than issues with the product itself.

How was the initial setup?
The deployment process is very fast. We have prepared the product to be easily installed, and we have had successful cases where it could be implemented in less than a few weeks.
Moreover, Around three or four people in a call center are involved in maintaining the solution. We have a project manager, a service manager, and at least two or three system analysts who handle the maintenance. If there are any issues, we can open a support ticket for them to address.
What about the implementation team?
Maybe there were around ten people directly involved in programming. But it depends on the scenario, so it can vary.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We received a presentation from Global Heets, another company, which introduced us to Kovair's Data Lake. We collaborated to develop a solution for virtualization, which led us to switch to Kovair.
