What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
We are doing a lot through SAP Integration Center and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. We are conducting many AI integrations and leveraging the ability to implement all those AI features inside SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting box, adding value for customers. The parsing features, reporting, analytics, workflow, and integration with Employee Central are particularly valuable. We always use the social media integration feature with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, helping customers through LinkedIn and job boards.
Employee Central to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting in terms of pushing job descriptions as a workflow for open positions is somewhat complicated and does not have very smooth integration. We understand what it lacks in this area. However, in terms of business scenarios, all of this has to come from Employee Central, and we handle the open position reports, recruiter positions, and AI automations. We had our own difficulties with this, but using workflow notifications and programs extensively, we make auto-notifications for scenarios such as when a resignation is accepted and a job position needs to trigger to a recruiter via the Head of Department for approval. We are able to manage all three or four levels of workflows.
In terms of processes, we are able to provide ROI measurement showing that what used to take 30 days for an open position now takes 50% or 70% of that time with AI features and outside world social media integrations, video integrations, and other tools. These features, functions, dashboards, and reports are visible to customers.
What needs improvement?
There is no complexity in deploying SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Over a period of time, we understand the nuances and are comfortable with everything.
Employee Central to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting integration is still a weak area that needs improvement.
We are now able to integrate with LLM models outside SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. With AI, we can provide all those touchpoints as AI integrations in reports and dashboards. Vanilla reports and dashboards are not user-friendly and not beneficial. However, when we integrate with Employee Central and the outside world, integrating these data sets with AI, people are able to realize those values.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
With onboarding and recruitment both, we are able to create our own MDS and portlets with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. The application is easy to make business-fit for mobile. Initially, the recruitment one had issues, but now we do not see any issues.
How are customer service and support?
Sometimes technical issues with SAP may take longer time because they keep going from one level to another level. On a scale of 10, I rate the response time as seven.

What was our ROI?
My customers for whom we are doing these consulting assignments are largely organizations with employee sizes of 10,000 to 15,000 globally. Many are from BFSI or airline sectors. Their expectations are pretty different, and we are able to meet those expectations.
What other advice do I have?
Deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting does not take much time; making it fit for a customer may take three to six months. Usually one or two to three projects maximum are involved from my side in deployment.
I assess the platform's user interface in facilitating the recruitment process as intuitive. It is not difficult. If you know the path and understand the features and functions as a consultant responsible for delivery, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing makes the outside world pretty simple. In the initial days back in 2021, it was a little difficult, but now we have mastered it and understand everything.
I think the pricing for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is very competitive. The overall review rating for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is 9.5 out of 10.
