The data application is working well, and it does manage to match data when using the data option.
What needs improvement?
There are limitations with new hardware where it does not support failover and does not support the three-star bank group. It slows down the three-star process.

It has limitations with the sizing of the backup, which can consume more resources when saving data for a few months.

Customer service is very simple and maintains well with us, but they are very slow when resolving critical problems.

I have used other backup solutions such as AppSoft Backup more than ten years ago, which were very simple.

I am still in evaluation, and the procurement process for getting the price is not completed yet.

I am waiting for the cost of the other products. If Veeam is significantly more expensive, I will prefer Arcserve SaaS Backup. However, if the other product is similar in price, I might consider switching.
