When it comes to Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness, you mostly see the same types of use cases for the same types of companies. Phishing remains the most common tried attack method for these cybercriminals, so it's important to build up a culture of security within your company, ensuring that employees are not clicking on the wrong links or are not talking to the wrong people. The service caters to a different side of cybersecurity.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness is delivered as a service. The service's customers get some form of training every two weeks to help fight against common attacks. If ransomware is big at the moment or a business email compromise attack is big, we are able to design training in our company based on the kind of attacks that exist at that time. What is quite interesting afterward is you get analytics back from the service. The concierge security team that adds immense value to the service sits down with the people of the company that uses the service and explains how they see some people from the finance department, which may be a significant amount of people who click on a link after which they send a simulation type link to see who would click on it, which in turn it allows you to get visibility into where the weaknesses are in your company's security culture. I can't see a security team and the statistics that provide visibility into who may be caught up or what needs to be focused on, and that is where I see the value of the service.
What needs improvement?
In our company, we tailor the service to meet the needs of our customers. If one of our company's customers struggles with a certain aspect, we help tailor the service and fix or switch it for them. I can't really think of an area that could be improved in the service. In a company, the service is more for training your team and the other extended teams.
Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness should have increased flexibility for creating any training. Assuming that this week, you decide that you want the company to hold a training on a certain aspect, but I see that the training is made quite a bit in advance so that training materials are always available for the customers. Some flexibility to add very specific types of training upon request from a customer would make for a great improvement in Arctic Wolf Managed Security.
