Avalara has positively impacted my organization and my clients' organizations by helping them to get their hands around the indirect tax space and to have a tool that will do a lot of the calculation heavy lifting behind the scenes without a lot of interaction by them, and give them the reports and information that they need to file tax returns monthly with the various tax authorities.
