AWS Backup could benefit from improving hybrid cloud capabilities and providing more robust database-level backup features, along with better integration with standard backup management tools and support for partial encryption.

For Office 365, Microsoft has already done a good job securing their own data center, so additional backup is basically just getting another copy for on-prem safety.
Veeam is a good investment in general.
