Manages multiple accounts efficiently with streamlined billing and centralized oversight
The main feature of AWS Organizations that I find valuable is the management of multiple accounts. I can manage billing, access, and security for all accounts from a single point instead of managing them separately. It provides a single pane of glass for oversight. Additionally, its consolidated billing feature streamlines customer financial workflows. Since it is a free service, it is cost-effective for managing multiple accounts.

Centralized management strengthens compliance with good look and feel
From my perspective as a customer and end user, Archer has an impressive look and feel, but the most adaptive feature is its ease of configuration which helps to enhance our process according to our maturity. It's more about our organization getting centralized with an integrated approach that focuses on risk governance and compliance. When can provide a detailed dashboards to management with the details of risks from top-down or bottom-up prioritizing actions based on its criticality or necessity. This allows us to show end users and management where the issues lie and effectively demonstrate accountability and visibility in compliance.

Pros

"The main feature of AWS Organizations that I find valuable is the management of multiple accounts, as I can manage billing, access, and security for all accounts from a single point instead of managing them separately, and it provides a single pane of glass for oversight while its consolidated billing feature streamlines customer financial workflows and, being a free service, is cost-effective for managing multiple accounts."
"The main feature of AWS Organizations that I find valuable is the management of multiple accounts."
"RSA Archer's best features are advanced workflow, reports, dashboards, and notifications."
"The last project was for an investment group that was using Excel. Shifting their records from one position to another took approximately 15 minutes. In Archer, we created a workflow for them to leverage it, and they could send the single record with one click to one person within seconds. The whole process went from 15 minutes to two minutes to get the approval for the records. The main purpose of Archer is to just make it easy."
"RSA Archer is a valuable tool because it can manage the end-to-end functioning of any enterprise GRC module, such as compliance and risk management or business continuity plans and the entire BCM module."
"There is absolutely no doubt that it is a very good tool for audit management as a whole."
"The most valuable feature is the enterprise module, which provides the capability of having all of the information stored and linked with everything else."
"Our clients are using RSA Archer to automate their manual processes and activies to avoid manual intervention and have a clear visibility to leadership."
"It is a very friendly tool, we can easily understand what is going on inside the tool, work with it for the ERP platform, create automated applications based on the requirements, and it is very secure with three levels of access at the field level, application level, and code level."
"Reporting is excellent for all types of aggregators, as well as for different types of integrators."

Cons

"An option to bind a card or add a payment button would enhance the service."
"The bullet chart is the best graph for my purposes, and it should be available for inclusion in the dashboards."
"The interface just looks old."
"The user interface needs work. There are many small text boxes, like credit card size's boxes, where we need to input a lot of text. You can't see what you're typing beyond the tiny window, so you have to scroll or type elsewhere and copy-paste it. It's very inconvenient."
"The technology's a little outdated."
"The ticket handling process could be improved."
"There should be an in-built feature that allows live data from vulnerabilities and threats from reliable sources to be streamed directly through their data field."
"An area for improvement would be the user interface. They could also offer more on-demand applications free of cost."
"After deployment, some customers complain that the database must be constantly updated every time they add users, and the update process takes them a long time."

"The price of the solution is very affordable."
