Ransomware attacks have been contained and healthcare data remains accessible 24x7
When I used Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, I liked it. I really did. I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that says this needs to be improved. If we are going to compete with Commvault or Cohesity, some improvements could be made. However, overall, for what we used it for within the healthcare industry, I think it is fine, especially with the ransomware resilience. You have the isolated recovery environment and zero trust backup architecture. These things really are critical for industries in healthcare. Everything that I mentioned, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is for SaaS, so it covers all the bases. It is easily installed within five minutes or so. The cost is simple—you do not have any servers, storage, infrastructure, or maintenance, and it is strictly being used for what it is. Its compliance is competitive. Overall, I would say the cost is simple, you have Entra ID backups, deployment is quick, there is no infrastructure, ransomware protection is there, granular restore, and you have Azure region storage control. Where there is a problem is it does not have enterprise-level backup or multi-cloud workloads. It is best used for small and maybe mid-sized businesses, and I would say within healthcare in particular. It is for cloud-first companies, and only if you have M365 protection for MSPs, which is what NTT Data was. It works within that framework. However, for large enterprises, you do not want to look at it. I would recommend Rubrik or Commvault instead.

Flexible, good data protection, responsive and knowledgeable technical support
They definitely need to improve their reporting. Their dashboard is good. It can always be improved, but for now, it's really simple: you see what works and what doesn't. However, once you get into the enterprise space, you want to make sure that your dashboard has additional, reporting possibilities. You will want more customization and more options available. Because if you move into the enterprise-class space in the financial industry, they will want to know regulations, where the data is held, and how long the retention periods are by marketing group and per type of data. You want to have hooks into the data types, which Keepit doesn't have now, but I'm sure it will soon.

"The most valuable feature of this solution is definitely its pricing point. Invoicing is simple. It is one price that includes both licensing and retention requirements, which is rare in today's market. That, I believe, is a significant differentiation for them."
