It's a good solution for those with limited coding experience
The visualization of the data pages could be improved. You have to a lot of tweaking to make the visualization stand out. It's basic, but there are a lot of options. So you really have to do a lot of customizing on that part. They could add some templates that are more attractive than the basic ones. It would be helpful if you could start with something that's already built rather than working on standard templates from scratch.

Automation has transformed project and inventory workflows and improves revenue forecasting
The best features QuickBase offers include being a no-code software, meaning it is very easy to use even for new users. It also provides life cycle management, workflow management, and dashboards. The dashboards and workflow management help my team significantly, as they have a drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt templates, which play a pivotal role in creating custom applications. Those features also help provide the ability to manage the entire application life cycle with QuickBase easily. Integration has been very seamless with our overall IT stack. The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it very easy to use, together with the no-code aspect. Any kind of personnel can use this tool easily.

Pros

"Caspio was user-friendly compared to other solutions, and as someone who doesn't know a lot about coding, I found it easy to create a web application on this platform."
"We purchased QuickBase because we needed process management - and it's allowing us to enforce process."
"QuickBase has allowed us to easily categorize these employees, workgroups, and work locations into separate tables and then relate them to one another for comprehensive reports."
"There's a lot of stability in QuickBase...I really appreciate the processing part of QuickBase, especially considering how we're able to get information in real time instead of having to wait."
"One of the valuable features of Quick Base is its ability to function as a content management system without the need for SQL."
"The selecting process/apps/components which can be dynamically operated by an end user."
"I would 100% recommend QuickBase to any company that is looking for an easy to use software which can be very flexible in customizing applications to fit a variety of needs."
"QuickBase is very intuitive, very powerful and a great way to increase efficiency, productivity and overall performance of any business."
"For a small to mid-level company, managing the work and operation workflow can be built up, this can be excellent and can be used as a backbone to build up the eco-system among the other systems the company might be integrating with."

"The visualization of the data pages could be improved. You have to do a lot of tweaking to make the visualization stand out."
"I would like to see better options for producing paper reports from Quick Base, rather than viewing things exclusively on screen."
"The reporting is very easy to use but opportunities for advanced customization of layout and summary fields can be limited when compared to other ad hoc report writing tools."
"Although QuickBase functionality has improved over time, the aesthetics appear to have changed very little in recent years."
"Customer service is great on the weekdays, but almost non-existent on the weekends."
"This takes time to do correctly for each application."
"Third-party integration -- they are working on it and I find their brand-new still-in-beta Webhooks very promising."
"The way forms are built and displayed could really be improved; it would be fantastic if the forms could be built with a WYSIWYG editor."
"Increasing the number of native integrations with outside products. Quickbase is already starting to do it but having more integration out of the box with other services would make life a bit easier for new comers."
