Streamlined contract signing with effective automation and helpful for loss tracking
We use Conga Contracts, Conga Composer, Conga Grid, and Conga Orchestrate. We have a business all over the world, and due to currency symbols, alphabetical changes, logos, and entity names, we need to build a formula where the template remains the same but the contract terms are different for…

Automated email workflows have improved appointment delivery accuracy and boosted customer satisfaction
In my opinion, the best features SS&C Blue Prism offers are that it is very effective. It offers a free trial and premium integration. It also offers workflow creation which is simple and easy. The flow structure is easy to read and can be directly used in presentations to customers and management. Additionally, it includes auto-reply to emails tailored to each email so that it does not feel robotic or generalized. Storing information from emails in a standardized data set is another great feature. The user interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. The user interface of SS&C Blue Prism is very intuitive and user-friendly, making it very easy to use all the features. It can be used by any kind of tech-savvy personnel. SS&C Blue Prism has positively impacted our organization as we were able to save at least $10,000 USD per quarter by improving communication to optimize supply chain operations. It also saves two manpower per year by automating email communication.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I have never faced any issues with stability."
"Once you understand how to build the templates, it's a pretty straightforward process. It allows you to create both Word and Excel documents."
"Conga Composer is easy to use, especially for C-level executives, as it simplifies the contract signing process."
"The most valuable feature is the automatic generation of invoices and the ability to merge fields from Salesforce into the document, creating a clean and professional invoice."
"What I like about Conga Composer is that it's much easier than Salesforce's native templating. It's simple to add merge fields, write queries to pull data and access up to four levels of related objects. This makes it very comfortable to get all the needed data into templates."
"The most valuable feature of Conga Composer is its user-friendly interface, which allows professionals to handle the product easily."
"Conga Composer is very easy to use. It's easy to debug if you have an issue."
"I like that Conga Composer allows for the generation of PDFs according to specific requirements by creating templates and pulling all the information added into those fields."
"I find the design studio, where I can build the automation, and the control room feature, which allows me to run and monitor the automation, to be the most useful."
"Some important features include the language capabilities, which are crucial since RPA has to read the documents provided by the customer."
"We have a lot of customer requests on a daily basis for different use cases, and we have different processes for that."
"The key feature of SS&C that I find valuable is the general workflow visibility."

Cons

"One downside of Conga Composer is that it requires integration with other tools for the signing process. Apart from that, I find nothing major to be improved."
"We have not been using Conga Composer extensively or deeply to look for improvements."
"The query builder could use some updates."
"I had only one minor issue, which was resolved quickly due to their prompt assistance."
"The debugging skills could be improved as we need to stay alert for issues."
"It would be better to have a custom button that automatically sends a document to the client's email and sends it for a signature with a single click."
"If there could be a preview option available directly in the application for testing templates instead of having to download and test them manually, it would save time."
"The only improvement I'd like to see is the ability to hide a single column within a grouped table, which I couldn't figure out how to do."
"I noticed that it lacks the ability to automatically record the process steps like some of its competitors."
"Blue Prism is more costly than UiPath in terms of robotic licenses and orchestrators."
"There is a need for improved integration with external systems in SS&C."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I think the tool costs around six dollars per user."
"It's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive either."
"Regarding pricing, I believe it’s around fifty dollars, but I’m not entirely sure. Overall, I find the pricing reasonable and am quite satisfied with the product. The value we get from it justifies the cost, as it requires minimal maintenance and is straightforward to use. The functionality it provides aligns well with the investment."
