Has faced challenges with visibility and technical support but allows centralized management of multiple sites

The configuration part is complex for F5 BIG-IQ. The simplicity and visibility part needs improvement. The dashboard, especially the analytics part, needs to be more simple and presentable. For the security part, it is difficult to present to our management, so we have to capture it and prepare manual reporting options rather than getting them directly from the system. The automation part in F5 BIG-IQ is limited; we are still using it only for load balancing for some services. We haven't integrated it with our Accesso or implemented any automation options. The setup process for F5 BIG-IQ would rate a five out of ten.

Process automation has improved case handling and now saves half of our daily manual work

Pega Platform has improved my business process overall. The manager confirmed that manual statuses are automated and manual evaluations are automated. For eight hours of work, it automates four hours of work. Pega Platform has features for operational efficiency that are significant. It provides a business security texture app, which is a valuable feature, and it also offers report definitions such as bar charts, pie charts, and operational help. In terms of management capabilities, Pega Platform provides dashboards and tools that help with management and categories. Pega Platform has good integration features, as integration can be done in many ways, and even for legacy systems, it is a strong feature. I did not encounter any problems with legacy systems. Pega Platform has good scalability. It is not difficult to scale up or down if there is a need.

For example, if I want to do something, there is no way to switch from low code. I just want to do a simple If-Then-Else rule, but I have to go through their low-code tool and do dragging and dropping. I'm a development person, and in my opinion, even some business users could do this easier. There is no way to go back and forth to an editor where I can just type in an If-Then-Else rule, which would be much faster than drawing in their low-code editor. They don't support that. They lead you too much."
