The packaging of the solution or the offering of Hexnode UEM could be improved or enhanced, because one package does not fit all. Hexnode UEM should be flexible in its solution offering. Currently, they only have around three types of licenses or packages, and whether you use the solution or the features or not, they are already included in the suite. Some products offer an a la carte solution, so in order to compete with those products, Hexnode UEM should consider repackaging the solution with respect to the region where it is being offered. The solution offered to India might not be optimal if it is offered to the Philippines or a different country, so the offering should be on a country-by-country basis or a regional basis.

In my view, Microsoft 365 Business has all the features, but there are some areas for improvement. One area is that the licensing structure can be confusing, especially with the different plans, so understanding each plan is somewhat difficult. When using large Excel files, such as extracting data from an SQL query and pasting it into Excel, it sometimes encounters performance issues when dealing with large files. Integration with non-Microsoft tools is sometimes limited; however, integration within the Microsoft tools is very good. It would be useful if it were possible to integrate with other tools outside of Microsoft. Managing permissions and access in SharePoint and Teams can be complex for new users, but once they become familiar with the tool, they can manage it easily. The security and permissions for new users in SharePoint and Teams can be made more intuitive for them. Additionally, the pricing structure, which involves explaining different plans, could be clearer to help users easily choose the plan they need. Improving performance when working on large Excel files would also be beneficial.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Hexnode UEM has in-depth support of device operating systems, which is one of the most common requirements."
"The agility is impressive, and it's simple to manage."
"It's very easy to use."
"The product is stable."
"Integrating products and the overall communication between all functionalities is superb."
"You can access Microsoft 365 Business from anywhere. You have full access to Office 365 or Outlook 365, and the support is there."
"The best feature of the solution is its flexibility."
"It is much more seamless when it comes to accessing documentation and collaborating with other people on the same projects."
"I like Outlook; Outlook is an email solution, and we're using it every day for daily communication."
"The solution is easy to expand to accomodate multiple users."
"You can easily connect to this application with minimal bandwidth."

Cons

"The support is only available in English right now, which is a bit of a problem for my users since they would prefer Spanish support."
"The packaging of the solution or the offering of Hexnode UEM could be improved or enhanced, because one package does not fit all."
"The basic support is not very good. The first level technical team, they need a big improvement because their knowledge is very limited."
"For the past six months, I have been facing a synchronization issue between the calendar of Microsoft Teams and the calendar of Microsoft Outlook. In Microsoft Teams, I can't see the updated version of some meetings, but Outlook shows the updated version. There is a problem with data synchronization between the calendars of these applications. Both calendars should be synchronized."
"Some of the menu options are not as logical as you would think, and it takes a lot of skill and thought and sometimes a little bit of research, to figure out what it is you're actually wanting to do and how to go about it."
"We expect improvements in analyzing capabilities."
"The Microsoft 365 Business suite could improve by adding additional template-type tools. For example, if you specifically are creating a fillable form, there are times where I did not find the right type of template that I was looking for."
"There are some security issues with the platform, and its security should be improved."
"If Microsoft could do something about data loss prevention, that would be ideal."
"They could maintain the consistency of features and UI while updating the product."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It's pretty difficult to make a cost estimation, in cases where we need additional features."
"It is slightly expensive, but it doesn't have any hidden costs. You know what you're going to spend, and you get a decent ROI on it. It has subscription-based licensing. It helps you to figure out the amount of money that you would spend based on how many mailboxes you would require in a year, which makes it better as compared to a mail server for which you need to consider the licensing cost and the maintenance cost."
"I rate the pricing of the program a seven out of ten."
"Its cost is fine because I have a lot of devices in my account."
"We are on a monthly subscription for the use of Microsoft 365 Business. There is an additional fee for support."
"There is an annual license required for this solution. For a smaller organization, it could be expensive."
"The solution is expensive. Basic support comes free with the regular subscription but the premier support cost extra."
"It has a subscription-based model, so we need to procure as many licenses as required as part of an enterprise agreement. It is a little bit expensive. It is definitely a bit more expensive than other solutions that are on-premises. It is also expensive as compared to the cloud-based solutions from other companies. However, when we look at the ease of use of the product and the adoption by the users, its cost can definitely be considered as comparable to other products. The features that we get in this solution are not available in solutions from its competitors."
