One of the best features of Microsoft 365 Business is the interconnectivity; if I'm making a chart in Excel, I can paste it as a link on a PowerPoint, and if there are any changes in the Excel data, when I update the link, that automatically gets changed in the PowerPoint.

Microsoft 365 Business is a bit expensive for small businesses, and we faced a steep learning curve because it is somewhat technical to teach our laborers to use it.

Overall, I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten because there is a lot of scope for improvement; sometimes it gets laggy, and I don't know if there's an issue with our system or our connectivity.
