Mobile access to SharePoint in Microsoft 365 Business saves a lot of time because it does not require physical presence, enabling everyone from various distances to access, save, and read all the manuals, which greatly increases efficiency in our business.

The best feature of Microsoft 365 Business is the seamless connectivity; voice, audio, and video calls in Teams are very good, unlike other applications, and recently, a new feature came that is integrated with the Copilot AI agent.

One of the best features of Microsoft 365 Business is the interconnectivity; if I'm making a chart in Excel, I can paste it as a link on a PowerPoint, and if there are any changes in the Excel data, when I update the link, that automatically gets changed in the PowerPoint.

Microsoft 365 Business can be improved because sometimes the admin portal can be confusing, especially for a new user, and policies are spread across multiple dashboards.

Microsoft 365 Business is a bit expensive for small businesses, and we faced a steep learning curve because it is somewhat technical to teach our laborers to use it.

Overall, I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten because there is a lot of scope for improvement; sometimes it gets laggy, and I don't know if there's an issue with our system or our connectivity.

Price is an area for improvement, as spending less money would always be preferable. However, the comprehensive nature of the solution justifies the cost.

Every year, they are increasing their price significantly. The price has more than doubled now.
