Collaborating securely across project teams has improved communication and streamlined workflows
In my view, Microsoft 365 Business has all the features, but there are some areas for improvement. One area is that the licensing structure can be confusing, especially with the different plans, so understanding each plan is somewhat difficult. When using large Excel files, such as extracting data from an SQL query and pasting it into Excel, it sometimes encounters performance issues when dealing with large files. Integration with non-Microsoft tools is sometimes limited; however, integration within the Microsoft tools is very good. It would be useful if it were possible to integrate with other tools outside of Microsoft. Managing permissions and access in SharePoint and Teams can be complex for new users, but once they become familiar with the tool, they can manage it easily. The security and permissions for new users in SharePoint and Teams can be made more intuitive for them. Additionally, the pricing structure, which involves explaining different plans, could be clearer to help users easily choose the plan they need. Improving performance when working on large Excel files would also be beneficial.

It has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform, but blocking devices could be easier.
It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough.

"The installation process is very straightforward."
"We are very happy with this solution, particularly with Microsoft Teams because it has enabled us to collaborate very well with our colleagues during the pandemic."
"I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to new users because it has user-friendly features for beginners."

"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."
"Scalefusion has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform and has made it much easier to achieve our goals efficiently by eliminating tedious work and cumbersome processes."
"Its enhanced support for iOS and Windows devices has been particularly beneficial, expanding our service offerings to customers with diverse device environments."

Cons

"Sometimes, it tries to be a little bit too clever in preempting things that you want to do. The settings can be pretty complicated."
"The price of the license for Microsoft 365 Business can be expensive for smaller businesses and should be adjusted."
"The initial setup is slightly complex."
"My main pain point concerns the licensing price, which could be lower."
"The performance of the solution is sometimes slow. However, I am not sure if it is the solution's fault or the network we are using."
"I submitted a good few support tickets early on because some of it was a bit overwhelming."
"We are in a medical device space and most of the time we use Microsoft Excel for tracking a lot of information. In certain specific industries, such as aerospace and medical, from the FDA or other regulatory points of view, the solution has to be validated. It would be great if that validation document is provided by Microsoft 365 Business."
"The diagnostics is an issue that needs to be addressed, as it cannot be seen when needed."
"One area for improvement could be streamlining permissions during initial device setup, especially for corporate-owned devices, to reduce manual user interaction and expedite deployment."
"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Our fees are paid monthly."
"I don't pay any licensing fees."
"The licenses are available for a fair price."
"Pricing can always be improved."
"In general, the product offers different licenses at different prices based on which users have to determine the features they want in the product. My company has P1 and P2 licenses from Microsoft."
"This is an expensive product because it is subscription-based, which is always more expensive than a perpetual license."
"The price of this solution is expensive and the price could be reduced. The licensing cost is very high because we are using an E5 license for Microsoft."
"I have one of the business licenses, and then I have a few of the lower-cost ones at six bucks a month. We're a small organization of half a dozen people."
