An easy-to-manage and deploy solution, but it should provide open customization
You don't need a certification or great knowledge to manage and deploy the solution because it's not complex. It's a very easy plug-and-play solution where you can just enroll the devices and choose the features you want. Kandji doesn't require much customization because it has built-in features that we have to create manually otherwise.
Luca Turco - PeerSpot reviewer
Subscription model ensures continuous updates and connectivity across devices
The subscription model of Microsoft 365 Business is beneficial since it provides continuous updates, including functional updates and transformations of the product. This contrasts with older perpetual licenses that rarely received updates. The overall suite is very complete, and being tied to a vendor that improves week by week is of great value. Implemented features like sharing calendars and access to emails on multiple devices enhance basic functionalities that were previously lacking.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It's a very easy plug-and-play solution where you can just enroll the devices and choose the features you want."
"The most valuable feature for us is Microsoft Teams."
"In terms of user experience, it is very easy to use and flexible. It is more interactive as compared to the other tools that we have. Its features are more useful than other software solutions."
"The flexibility of having a subscription for the Office software, rather than having any upfront costs is the best part of this solution."
"Some of the functionality is very easy to use."
"The initial setup is extremely straightforward."
"The best thing about the product is the ecosystem of it. As most of our users are using Windows and it's a product of Microsoft, we find we get amazing performance."
"You can access Microsoft 365 Business from anywhere. You have full access to Office 365 or Outlook 365, and the support is there."
"It provides a single place to manage all of your tasks. It is easier to collaborate within our team or outside of them."

Cons

"Kandji should give open customization."
"In terms of what could be improved, they are continuously developing it, but sometimes not necessarily in a good direction. There are changes happening every three months so you actually have to learn some tools again. I'll give you an example. Teams used to be really good and now, I have a feeling that they hired developers from Skype Business because it's actually not very good."
"Its price could be better."
"It would be ideal if the licenses covered more devices. It would be nice if one license, for example, allowed a user to have it on at least five devices."
"The installation is at a moderate level of difficulty. It could be easier to install."
"Microsoft Teams for Mac isn't good enough just yet. It's an aspect of the solution they can still work on."
"Pricing could always be cheaper."
"I would like to see more security features included."
"It's still not fully consistent among all the platforms running on Windows and IOS. It's getting better and better, but there's still a lot of consolidation or integration work to be done."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Users have to pay a yearly licensing fee for Kandji, which is expensive."
"The solution requires a license which is expensive."
"There is a licensing fee that is quite expensive. However, the solution is useful and the price is equal to the value."
"They offer corporate subscriptions for the platform. We have to renew it yearly."
"The price is fine."
"Licensing is on a monthly basis."
"The price in general could be cheaper."
"The licensing fees are paid yearly."
"In general, the product offers different licenses at different prices based on which users have to determine the features they want in the product. My company has P1 and P2 licenses from Microsoft."
