An easy-to-manage and deploy solution, but it should provide open customization
You don't need a certification or great knowledge to manage and deploy the solution because it's not complex. It's a very easy plug-and-play solution where you can just enroll the devices and choose the features you want. Kandji doesn't require much customization because it has built-in features that we have to create manually otherwise.

Digital documentation has boosted team efficiency and provides secure remote manual access
The best feature is the mobile access to SharePoint. It is incredibly valuable for our technicians to view wiring diagrams and manuals directly on their tablets while working under a vehicle. It removes the need to walk back to the office, saving about 20 minutes per job. Additionally, the data security features give me peace of mind; even if a tablet is broken in the shop, our business data remains safe in the cloud.

"The good feature with the cloud is that you can access Microsoft Office from anywhere. It's integrated with Outlook, so you can edit a file in Excel, Word, or any other application and just attach it in the mail. It makes the business easier."
"Microsoft Teams, without a shadow of a doubt, is the best platform ever. It is also very stable with a lot of options."
"As a small business, the big thing for us is the ability to onboard new people easily. So, it's a matter of minutes to add new users, buy a new license pack for them, assign the licenses to them, and get them logged on. It takes 10 to 15 minutes."
"When a company needs to expand it, it can do so."
"The features that I like best with Microsoft 365 Business are that the files are available offline."
"The flexibility of the solution is excellent."
"The features that we find good and what we use the most are Outlook and Teams."
