An easy-to-manage and deploy solution, but it should provide open customization
You don't need a certification or great knowledge to manage and deploy the solution because it's not complex. It's a very easy plug-and-play solution where you can just enroll the devices and choose the features you want. Kandji doesn't require much customization because it has built-in features that we have to create manually otherwise.
CharlesBrewer - PeerSpot reviewer
Price and reliability need improvement while general tasks are streamlined
The pricing for Microsoft 365 is too high, and quality-wise, it does not meet high standards. The operating system is outdated and inadequate. Microsoft has very poor security, and Defender is ineffective. In terms of collaboration and file sharing, OneDrive is very clunky and has frequent sync issues. It also crashes a lot and is unreliable.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It's a very easy plug-and-play solution where you can just enroll the devices and choose the features you want."
"It is definitely user-friendly, and I like the flexibility."
"The solution is easy to use and scalable."
"The product integrates well with Windows and Microsoft solutions."
"Its interface looks clean, and its performance seems quite fast. It is faster than our previous app."
"Upgrading and setting up newer versions like Microsoft 365 has not been difficult for me, as I'm familiar with the process."
"The solution is easy to use and flexible."
"It is flexible."
"Business 365 is very scalable and easy to use. I need to explore the features more, but I'm more or less happy with the features we are using right now."

Cons

"Kandji should give open customization."
"They can improve their training materials."
"The downside of Microsoft 365 Business stems from the fact that it is a bit of a pricey product."
"The integration with other platforms could be improved."
"The security sites need to be simplified and the technical support needs improvement."
"Technical support could be a bit better. It's an aspect Microsoft could improve upon."
"The security features and the engine they are using are not good enough. They are not able to protect you from phishing attacks, which is the biggest drawback of this solution. We have been getting phishing emails, and I have been chasing Microsoft every single day. In terms of configuration, all the controls that they have recommended are in place, but we are still getting a lot of phishing emails. I would like to see a feature that allows us to share a folder from an online archive, which is a sort of mailbox attached to the primary mailbox. Currently, you can share folders, contacts, and calendars only in the primary mailbox. You can't share any folder or other things from the online archive. The limit of the primary mailbox is 50 GB, whereas the online archive is unlimited, so it would be useful if we can share a folder from the online archive."
"I would like to see more integration in the next release."
"The solution needs to offer more integration capabilities with other systems and applications."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Users have to pay a yearly licensing fee for Kandji, which is expensive."
"The price could be cheaper. We have a yearly license."
"It is not so expensive."
"I think it is expensive."
"We pay regular licensing fees to continue using Microsoft 365 Business."
"They are always a bit pricey. They should reduce their prices or make it free because we already have other solutions, like Google Suite, which are cheaper or free."
"In general, it could be cheaper."
"It is certainly expensive, but you need it, so you pay for it. There is not much price negotiation, but the product is good. We're going to keep using it despite it being expensive. There isn't any good alternative."
"We pay a monthly licensing fee for Microsoft 365 Business."
