Modern infrastructure has supported critical business services and delivers strong data protection
To be honest, I did not make any changes in Nimble, and the same applies to StoreOnce. The system is built and ready-made. It was already built before we received it, but overall, everything is clear and direct, and there is nothing complex, so I do not need to do a deep dive in the system to resolve or change anything. I do not use HPE Nimble Storage HPE Alletra dHCI intelligent automation. I do not use intelligent data services in managing my data infrastructure. I have not actually used additional functionality for Nimble Storage HPE Alletra dHCI right now, but I think this feature is very useful, especially AI. AI is involved in any software now, and I do not use it in my system, but I think it's very useful.

Provides a simple and unified platform and produces a good return on investment
The integration must be done with a more detailed plan. It will make the product simple to use. The solution does not have AI capabilities, but it will be added in the future. People who want to use the tool must research the best solution for their use case. Sometimes, a traditional cluster is better. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.

"My advice to others is this is a good solution and they should use it."
"HPE Nimble Storage dHCI is highly stable because they're using Nimble as the storage."
"Nimble is easy to use, but hard to install. Once it's installed, it's user-friendly. Reporting is another advantage because we get a lot of statistical forecasting. It helps us see into the future with that."
"Simply being able to move objects and the duplication feature have been quite effective."
"I love InfoSite. That gets you a lot of good detailed information."
"We have this feature in Nimble dHCI, wherein we can upgrade individual components in the infrastructure."
"We find the setup quite straightforward and very easy."
"Installation is straightforward because it's a vSAN. It only took one or two days."
"Lenovo ThinkAgile VX Series' deployment is easy. We are a tier-one platinum partner who is into multiple implementations."
"The VX machines are scalable."
"The clients like the solution’s simplicity."
"The various scenarios for this solution are great."
"It's stable. We haven't had any issues with the hardware or software in the past seven months."

Cons

"They should improve just the support."
"I'm not sure if there are features lacking."
"In a future release, I would like to add something similar to support or the capability to predict any kind of failure based on the software with the cloud, or management support from the wholesale."
"Nimble Storage's integration with the management software could be better."
"Cost-wise, this solution is slightly more expensive than other hyperconverged solutions."
"The product’s performance needs improvement. It could also help with more environment monitoring and AI technologies to improve the performance and thresholds."
"HPE Nimble Storage dHCI's website does not open properly or work consistently."
"This year 2022, we have the possibility to include new kinds of storage with a high disk availability, such as Alletra 6000 and Alletra 9000. Those are the new storage available. If we would like to improve the quality and the capability and the high availability of these products, we can choose between different costs. This is another benefit from this HPE Nimble Storage dHCI solution of hyper-converged."
"Support could be better."
"The user management could be a bit better. It's something they could improve upon in future releases."
"The user management could be a bit better."
"Lenovo has less technical support than Dell because of the engineer availability, so there's a little bit of delay."
"Lenovo ThinkAgile VX Series needs to improve its stability. Its resolution should be faster."
"With the VX machines, the clients often confuse the hardware itself with the services and resources. VMs are configured according to resources - memory, hard disk capacity, and network. These resources, including memory and processor, are actually shared on the VX Series. So, if the server's processor is underpowered or unreliable for the VMs, many of the VMs will encounter issues. Ideally, the physical server configuration should align more closely with the needs of the virtual servers."
"The product must provide AI features."

"With the features that HPE Nimble Storage dHCI provides, I cannot say its pricing is more."
"The product is very affordable."

"The tool's pricing is competitive."
"There is room for improvement in the licensing structure, maybe. Regarding sizing the resources, sometimes it's difficult to calculate/compute them based on the client's requirements."
"You need to pay a license for additional features. If we need to monitor hardware for the automatic alert notification, we need to pay them."
