Effective and extensive campus Wi-Fi with room for better frequency management
We have deployed Huawei CCTV solutions at multiple universities in Pakistan. This includes Huawei Wireless for Smart Campus projects, where we provide blanket Wi-Fi coverage and Safe Campus projects, where we deploy security cameras and multiple devices to monitor the campus Huawei Wireless has…

Well-suited for mobile and portable device usage but issues with stability
The problem is that when the number of users increases, TP-Link automatically drops the speed, and in terms of coverage, it falls short. We are not using any industrial-level equipment or accuracy. We are looking for something at the industrial level, advanced Access Points, not the basic ones from TP-Link. Omada Access Points could be improved in terms of connectivity and speed. That is the main thing. The other thing is security. Currently, most people are sharing their passwords, allowing unauthorized users to access Wi-Fi networks. So, the main areas for improvement are security, accessibility, and speed.

"The solution needs to include a captive portal."
"Technical support could be better."
"Price is one of the major problems of the solution, and because of this, our company's customers want to migrate to some other product from Huawei."
"I'd like to see some after-sales support. It's a little bit below the expectations we had."
"I have encountered connectivity issues with the tool. I am not sure if it is due to Wi-Fi inference. I would like the solution to include some marketing analytics features like evaluation of user behavior."

"The solution takes a long time to switch to another connection, which should be improved."
"The technical support could be improved."
