Team meetings have become more productive and video transcripts support ongoing collaboration
Loom Business - Enterprise provides transcripts, which is very helpful. Moreover, whenever needed, users can come back to refer to those videos or meetings, making it very important. The best feature Loom Business - Enterprise offers is video recording. This feature stands out because of its ease of use, quality, and accessibility by anyone in the team. The transcripts from Loom Business - Enterprise are pretty good and accurate, making it a very reliable platform. Loom Business - Enterprise has made team meetings more efficient as sometimes team members are unable to participate. We can create video references for them to connect with others who missed the meeting. This makes the overall meeting more productive despite some members being absent. Since using Loom Business - Enterprise, communication has become more efficient because meeting videos are recorded and made available for anyone who was not present in the meeting.

Have streamlined daily workflow and task management but still face inconvenience from recent interface changes and limited integration options
There are challenges and issues in Microsoft Teams, such as after recent updates where group chats were combined with Teams, chats, and groups into one. Users have to work with settings to make it normal again so Teams are separated from chats, and that was a really inconvenient update. Many users ask me to help make it back again to separate Teams and groups from one-to-one chats. That's probably the worst update they've made recently. Additionally, there are some minor features, such as when I work with messages, I don't have an actual forward or quote option when replying to someone's message. I need to be careful not to miss the quote sign. For a lot of people, they are confused about where the quotes option is. I've received a couple of hundred support tickets just regarding this issue. The function to share email to Teams chat doesn't work sometimes due to our compliance policies, and sometimes it would be nice to be able to forward an email to the group chat and have further discussions. Microsoft Teams could improve by being less glitchy because it glitches a lot, leading to undelivered emails and undelivered messages. It would be beneficial if the MS application Shifts, which adds functionality to groups, could be integrated into the groups calendar. Currently, many teams don't use the app because it is not integrated with the general calendar or the Outlook calendar, making it basically a useless application. The platform needs less Copilot and more people. The general Copilot integration into the platform is less glitchy, but Microsoft Teams is quite heavy and glitchy sometimes. Stability depends a lot on compliance restrictions, policies, and quality of internet. Sometimes, when updates are enrolling, the platform glitches, breaks, or shuts down.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Loom Business - Enterprise has made team meetings more efficient as sometimes team members are unable to participate, and we can create video references for them to connect with others who missed the meeting, making the overall meeting more productive despite some members being absent."
"The best feature Loom Business - Enterprise offers is video recording; this feature stands out because of its ease of use, quality, and accessibility by anyone in the team."
"The ability to scale videos is a valuable feature of the product."
"In terms of administrating through Office 365, I like the administration panel, the configuration is easy and powerful, and its integration within Microsoft is very good."
"When comparing similar solutions, there aren't many differences between them, but the best feature I would highlight is the quality and stability of their platform."
"The initial setup was really straightforward and easy."
"Sharing screens is valuable."
"The conversation capabilities and document management are the solution's most valuable features."
"The group chat is very good."
"We like it because it makes it easy to communicate, chat, make video calls, and schedule meetings with people."
"I like the whiteboard feature as well. I'm able to scribble some stuff if I need to explain a couple of items."

Cons

"The solution must allow users to record videos for a longer time."
"Loom Business - Enterprise can handle our organization's needs as we grow, but it needs to improve its features so that all our needs are met at that point in time."
"One thing that needs improvement in the solution is licensing tools within the application, preferably on a per-user basis. Also, it would be great if the contacts list could be synced between it and Outlook. If I receive an email in Outlook, I can easily create a meeting with that person's credentials. But I must manually find and enter their email address in Microsoft Teams. It's a small thing, but it can be frustrating."
"It could be improved if it was easier to use and the interface was revamped."
"If I could completely eliminate Outlook and only use Teams, that would help me immensely. Productivity would increase drastically and many of our team members would be more efficient in our day-to-day, as we would be living primarily in a single tool."
"It's not as easy to augment your meetings as it is with competitors. For example, in Zoom, if I want to add attendees, I just grab the meeting link and post it to them. With Teams, how to do this is not as clear."
"One of my colleagues was trying to use Microsoft Teams on their laptop, and it was slow in terms of booting up when initially starting it. For example, it was not running in the background. In general, it takes some time to load. Zoom tends to have a faster loading time."
"They should allow switching between windows in a Teams meeting."
"The security needs improvement, as well as the ability to back up private chats."
"I would like to get less frequent updates from the solution."
