Even though it is the same Oracle environment, professionals are transitioning due to challenges in availability, scalability, and resource allocation. When there are limited hiring opportunities for a particular technology, professionals must consider switching technologies either internally within their organization or personally. If a project ends and someone is placed on bench without new opportunities, they often need to switch to technologies with more market demand. Currently, resources are frequently moving to other ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Mulesoft, and Salesforce, as there are numerous ERP systems in the marketplace.
