A great management console, and visibility, but needs more bandwidth
The management console is the most valuable feature. It offers a variety of options for us to view. If a threat is detected, there is a specific area where we can view the different incidents that have occurred. This is the threat that is associated with that host. We can also have deep visibility into the activities within the host within a specific time frame. This is very useful, especially when we can view the process tree. This allows us to see how one process propagates to another process, and so on. We can then look back to the beginning of the process to see where it came from. How was it downloaded? Which URL did it come from? Was it internal or external? This information has been very helpful when we are diagnosing a specific incident. The File Fence feature is also useful. When we view a file within Singularity Cloud Workload Security, we can put it into our sandbox to see what type of file it is and whether it is malicious or not. There is also the scan feature, which is very helpful. When we scan a host remotely, it can return to us with information about the detections that were made on that host. This can help us to identify and alert others about any potential threats.

An enterprise-level solution with amazing stability, integration capability, and support
Its integration capability is amazing. One thing about every single solution or product in the containerization or DevOps world is that it helps to integrate really well because we are not talking about one use case here. We are talking about multiple use cases. When it comes to the integration part, it's the basic functionality, but for any product, at the end of the day, security is extremely relevant. I personally feel like you have to constantly strive towards being more secure. You can never be 100% secure, and you have to work more toward security. It's as simple as that. That's where every product has room to improve. Whether it's Mirantis, Docker, or even the other vendor that we work with called Sysdig, all of these organizations always strive to be extremely secure, and that is something that they are working towards every day. That's because the kind of problems that are being faced today will not be similar to what comes tomorrow. There will be a hundred new threats. It's an ongoing journey when it comes to security.

Interface provides valuable insights while opportunities remain for enhanced graphics
My primary use case for SUSE Rancher is managing Kubernetes clusters, allocating them to different users, and monitoring workloads. I manage all cluster-related activities through Rancher The most valuable features of SUSE Rancher include the user interface and the display features. The interface…

"The tool identifies issues quickly."
"The most valuable feature of SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is its advanced AI and machine learning capabilities, which allow it to identify and respond to threats in real time."
"The most valuable feature is its ease of use."
"This solution has cut down on our development time and allows us to spin off new instances for inner development, testing, productions, and security testing."
"I like the automation in deployment. I can deploy whenever I want based on the environment, and I can easily roll back to a previous version for testing."
"The most useful feature of Mirantis Container Cloud for our container management is Kubernetes. It provides a cluster, high availability, and a self-healing mechanism."
"I think the volume binding is a really interesting feature."
"The most valuable aspect is the excellent support. In addition, the billing system is really easy to understand."

Cons

"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security's current documentation could be improved to better assist customers during the cluster onboarding process."
"One of our use cases was setting up a firewall for our endpoints, specifically for our remote users... We were hoping to utilize SentinelOne's firewall capabilities, but there were limitations on how many URLs we could implement. Because of those limitations on the number of URLs, we weren't able to utilize that feature in the way we had hoped to."
"When you find a vulnerability and resolve it, the same issue will not occur again. I want SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security to block the same vulnerability from appearing again. I want something like a playbook where the steps that we take to resolve an issue are repeated when that issue happens again."
"I used to work on AWS. At times, I would generate a normal bug in my system, and then I would check SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. The alert used to come after about three and a half hours. It used to take that long to generate the alert about the vulnerability in my system. If a hacker attacks a system and SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security takes three to four hours to generate an alert, it will not be beneficial for the company. It would be helpful if we get the alert in five to ten minutes."
"The documentation that I use for the initial setup can be more detailed or written in a more user-friendly language to avoid troubles."
"It is not a criticism of the tool per se, but anything to help non-development resources understand some of the complexities of the cloud is always appreciated. Any additional educational resources are always helpful for security teams, especially those without a development background."
"The resolution suggestions could be better, and the compliance features could be more customizable for Indian regulations. Overall, the compliance aspects are good. It gives us a comprehensive list, and its feedback is enough to bring us into compliance with regulations, but it doesn't give us the specific objects."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is an excellent CSPM tool, but its CWPP features need improvement, and there is scope for more application security posture management features."
"It will be better if the product provides dynamic load-balancing capabilities."
"This product will only be useful if it can successfully run legacy applications in the cloud."
"I find Docker easier to use, but I gave it to an inexperienced developer and it took him a lot of time to understand."
"I feel that the product lacks to offer a proper health status of the images which are running, making it an area where improvements are required."
"The solution's stability could be improved."
"Sometimes the basic support is a bit difficult if you have a firewall and cloud servers behind the firewall and then try to implement the backup solution, it is a bit difficult to do by yourself."
"The initial setup was quite complex."
"Areas for improvement are the privacy of container management and the documentation. In the next release, I would like to see best practices on how to manage distributed containers and networks."
"Some initial setup and configuration were required by the admin side for enabling security policies, which were not supported initially."
"Additional features for a paid solution should be included, such as more detailed insights, better graphics, and an improved user interface."
"Some initial setup and configuration were required by the admin side for enabling security policies, which were not supported initially."

"The licensing is easy to understand and implement, with some flexibility to accommodate dynamic environments."
"The features included in PingSafe justify its price point."
"The cost for PingSafe is average when compared to other CSPM tools."
"It's not expensive. The product is in its initial growth stages and appears more competitive compared to others. It comes in different variants, and I believe the enterprise version costs around $55 per user per year. I would rate it a five, somewhere fairly moderate."
"The pricing tends to be high."
