Has a user-friendly interface but performance is not up to scratch
I mainly use WebCenter for content management and publishing WebCenter's interface is very user-friendly. WebCenter requires a lot of design effort to upload content to our regular system. Its performance is also not up to the market standard, and its agility and adaptability could be improved.…

Has supported responsive design efficiently but offers limited customization options
The editor is effective, especially when fixing resolutions for desktop, mobile, and tablet. The interface is not complicated. We have its own editor to design websites. We don't need to work separately for tablet and mobile since we can set and organize screen resolutions there. Basic features can be grasped in a couple of hours because it's CMS-based with all tools readily available. For simple designing, HTML coding isn't necessary as it uses drag and drop features. For example, when adding images, we can select the image tool and insert it. For custom integrations such as Klaviyo, we can simply insert the embed code tool and insert our code.
